5 plus stars. Wally is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is my go to guy for all computer issues. Fast service and great prices. Have not had a problem that he can’t fix, best part is he can do work remotely for some things. 100 percent best computer repair business there is. CBC Computer Services, This is one of those business's that you say after your first phone call "I will never go anywhere else". And I haven't for 15 yrs. Wally is extremely knowledgeable, and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness and quality that can't be faked. The turnaround time for online repair / fix is unbelievable .. I have to say I am ruff on my laptop and Wally had my laptops back up and running in no time. Thanks again Wally ..!!!.
I have worked with Wally for close to 10 years. The service he provides to me is indispensable. He is able to address and/or solve any computer-related issue that comes up. He meets deadlines and is great to work with. Wally gets my highest recommendation.
Originally attempted to go with this business to get my high end pc parts assembled but after several reschedules the owner looks at my parts and states he doesn't think my motherboard is compatible with my case after consulting with the motherboard manufacturer who even sent a manual link and pics with lines drawn showing diagrams where the headers were to be connected the owner flaked out and passed on my build if your looking to go to this guy with any recent parts for assembly I wouldn't reccomend it as he does not have the knowledge base for any recent high end stuff I ended up going to connecting point in new hartford which they assembled my build with no issues and even made a cool promo video of the build which is on their Facebook. In a nutshell avoid this guy if you need anything high end done I feel his 4.9 rating is undeserved go with connecting point in new hartford they made everything stress free and didn't have me thinking I blew over a thousand on a motherboard that wasn't compatible with with the other parts like this guy did please note as far as the owners comment to me blowing his phone up he was not on hold with the manufacturer he was waiting on a supposed friend in sales not someone that works in the compatibility department for asus I however was on the phone via the asus chat service as stated with a rep from asus compatibility to which they confirmed several times that the board was compatible but due to his lack of knowledge was unable and communication skills was unable to comprehend a simple Pic of a motherboard with lines drawn to show exactly where the motherboard hooks up.you can have all the experience in the world but if you don't keep up with the new tech you'll fall short.which is exactly why I recommend connecting point they have the knowledge and skills to back it up look em up on Facebook they assembled my obsidian 1000d tower without issues there's a video of it on there. Ive included the pics from when I was messaging the guy I contacted thru asus and the owner of cbc at the same time as well .Avoid this guy not only can he not handle criticism but he Will try to slander you in the reviews comments as well to cover his hurt pride.
I called Wally for help with a computer acting up. He was very knowledgeable, patience and kind, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me. I highly recommend him, give him a call, he can help you remotely, no need to see him in person.
