Cazzy's Corner Grill - New American restaurant in Knoxville - 2099 Thunderhead Rd, USA

Come for the dessert. Seriously, their vanilla Panna Cotta is worth visiting this restaurant just for that. Their brussel sprouts are also surprisingly delicious (not every restaurant can pull that off). The place isn't very big, so it feels a little crowded, but our server was amazing and very attentive. For parking, you have to drive just past the restaurant and then turn into the first side street you see.

Excellent food and service!! We had the rustic pork chops and the chimichurri pork tenderloin! Both were absolutely delicious! We sat on the patio and enjoyed getting to bring our Golden Retriever with us. Our waitress was excellent, very attentive, made good suggestions, and even brought our dog a bowl of water. We look forward to coming again!

actually stopped in it random and everything was great... 1st time there and our server Katherine was great... we got our order quick and super hot and fresh... she made great suggestions and super friendly... I definitely recommend this place and ask for her... she was truely awesome!!!!!

Overall one of the best restaurants Knoxville has to offer. Shrimp Ceviche was a great starter full of flavor. I ordered the Poke’ bowl which was amazing! My wife ordered the Buffalo burger and shared a bite with me. It was delicious. We sat outside in the patio and enjoyed the evening cool air. This was the first of many to come dining experiences here.

Sat down for a great meal with three generations and we loved it. The food was ridiculously good. It was happiness in my mouth. The beer selection is good with local and national brewers. Our little one, who is nearly 2, loved the atmosphere and food. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Really good food and everything came out really fast! Crab dip appetizer was really good and enough to share with 4 people. Pork chop entree was great too and if you like heat, it had a good spice to it. Restaurant fills up fast though, popular place!

Food was great. The pimento cheese grits are phenomenal! The Mediterranean salad was perfect. I was very impressed with our server. We NEVER had to ask for anything. When our drinks were half full a new one appeared! All this was accomplished without the waitress hovering over us. Absolutely impressed with the level of service we received.

Cazzy's is not only my boyfriend's and my favorite place to eat, but it is truly a gem. With its quality farm-to-table offerings at reasonable prices you cannot go wrong. The staff always greets us warmly, ensuring our dining experience is nothing short of perfection. Looking forward to another delicious meal! See you soon!
