Cavender's Western Outfitter - Boot store in Southaven - 3698 Goodman Rd E, USA

This may be me and just me. But I feel the customer service is lacking every time I go . I understand people don't make a whole lot in retail and good employees are hard to find. I've noticed not many acknowledge me entering and browsing around. Not many ask if I need assistance I've seen some of the employees mostly stand around and talk amongst themselves.

We have shopped here when it was boot barn and frontier. Since it has switched to Cavenders, the service is absolutely awful. I don’t think the service should be Chik-fil-a quality but none of the employees look or act like they want to be there. Secondly, every time they have a “sale” it’s not on sale when you bring it to the register. The sign will say “shirts by this brand buy one get one half” and when you bring those shirts by that brand to the register they will rudely tell you the ones you brought are not on sale and then not give you any guidance on what is actually on sale. I went back to the rack twice. Pretty sure it’s a gimmick to get people to buy multiple because most people will just buy them anyway.

Has ordered online but decided to visit in person, they have most everything you're looking for, was a great experience!

I went in this evening to look at boots and not one person acknowledged my existence. So I was not sure if they had my size in the boots I wanted or not. Friendliness is lacking for sure.

Je vais écrire mon commentaire en français car ce sera plus simple pour moi pour exprimer mon mécontentement. En vacances, je suis tombée sur cette boutique pour acheter des bottines. Et pour la modique somme de 150$ dollars je me retrouve, après les avoir porté 3 fois, avec des bottes dont les décorations tombent les une après les autres. Pour de la soit disant qualité, je trouve ça limite. C'est même du vol.

Decent selection of boots. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

I started my day searching for Ariat work boots. I thought could find them easily at Frontier Western in Olive Branch. I wondered around that store for a good ten minutes before I overheard someone behind me ask somebody else if they needed help. After the customer said that they didn't need any help, I held a finger up and said "I do ". The young man pointed towards the area I might be able to find the shoes. I walked to that area and decided I would not be spending my money with Frontier Western today or any other day. COWBOY CORNER crossed my mind and I'm glad it did. I received excellent customer service from a very helpful and patient young lady. I don't recall her name. She help me find my work boots and I also purchased another pair to wear with my Levi's just because she had been such a great salesperson. I'm glad I didn't settle for less.

Nice Selection of Western Boots and Western Wear. Nice Employees. Higher end prices. Well worth it. Peggy who waited on me was Great.
