Don't work here, make sure chicken is fresh, they like having chicken from the night before, which they shouldn't, also make sure the toppings look fresh , usually the dates on it is from 2 + days old. Management sucks now ! They still have 2 more people to fire, also a lawsuit on their hands , check your food

Wonderful menu and an awesome build your own option. The food is very good and juicy. I can't wait to come back

Can’t believe I spent money on this. Ordered a custom grain bowl to-go and when I got home, I found this Mickey Mouse portion.We’re rationing in 2023?! Honestly kinda absurd. This meal is skimpier than your moms outfit. I know it’s probably a bunch of highschool teenagers that are making $13 an hour and could care less, but as someone who has to pay for their own meals instead of having mommy and daddy buy it with their money, this was a loss of money.

If only I could give zero stars. Tonight was our last night at this Cava. I try not to leave bad reviews, but my most recent visit to Cava was terrible. I placed an online order and it was ready when stated. When I got home, I noticed there was no pita in the order. I had two bowls with pita, plus an order of pita chips. Immediately, I went back to the Cava to claim my items. My girlfriend was met with another issue in her greens and grains bowl. In the photo attached, is “arugula”. I have never in all my years of life seen arugula stalks put in a salad. At this point we were too frustrated to go back. We have been loyal customers to this location since it opened. There must have been a management change, as the quality of the customer service and food have significantly decreased. I recall another situation last month in which a staff member declined to change her gloves after she was using her phone at the counter. Cellphones harbor so many germs, most company policies do not authorize staff members to use phones anywhere near kitchens or serving bars. I’m curious about the health safety rating at this location. If you’re planning on dining at Cava tonight, consider taking yourself down to the Luna Grill on Cross Timbers. You’ll find infinitely better food and service.

Went here after a long day of work outside and man did it hit the spot. Literally some of the most delicious food I've ever put in my mouth. Not to mention the awesome service by the awesome staff, they were super kind. I'd recommend this place to everyone. This is my new favorite food spot. :) Went here again today and Kati was very kind and helped me with my order. Once again I blessed my mouth with the tastiest food you can find.

The one thing I told my daughter when we went was it felt like a Chipotle but Mediterranean style. Food was really good and fresh, just that the pitas were really messy. Overall good experience and will for sure go back again.

Fresh ingredients and large portions. Just note that the carbonated water can be easily confused with the regular water. A lot of my family and I have confused the two. The best protein to get is chicken. It has an amazing seasoning and doesn't taste dry. The ingredients are so fresh and quality so it's very worth the price. Plus, the meal can last for lunch and a small midday meal. The service here is great too. The employees working here are friendly and accommodating. We had Margarita helping us today and she was so sweet!!!

Congratulations on the new business! Tried out today on 08/02/21, Excellent customer service, would love to come back and see the same years ahead as well. Great food, healthy and colorful! Love the sauces especially Skhug 😁. Looking forward to this yummy food again. Grilled chicken has a lot of flavor which is rarely seen. Overall lUV It 😍🙂
