CAVA - Mediterranean restaurant in Winter Springs - 5930 Red Bug Lake Rd, USA

This was my first visit & the staff was so patient & helpful in choosing. There are many vegetarian & vegan options because you can make your own bowl if you wish. Tons of options from fresh greens to spiced rice. I loved the falafel because it has great flavor & wasn't dry. Their building was open, clean, & had easy access for people with mobility devices. There are really yummy fun drinks options as well.

A family member recommended CAVA, and today I tried new Cava in Winter Spring, Nice store, good Mediterranean food. I liked the sauces and veggie options. I just wish they plated items on the bowl in order instead of just dumping everything on the bowl. It looked messy and sloppy to eat. I also like sauces on the side. Other than that food was good and will try again.

It was my first visit, and it was for an early dinner. They started off with a large sized pita bread which was slathered in hummus and put four 1+1/2 inch or so herb spiced lamb meatballs on there ($14). It then gets moved over to the add-ons where skhug dressing, tomato and cucumber, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, salt brined pickles are all added. Now, let me tell you that those pickles will kick your taste buds hard and I was only half into them. At the time, I did not know what skhug was . I have since googled it to find out that it is typically very hot, garlicky, and herby in flavor. I asked for a little bit of it and a bit of a tzatziki sauce, but both of the sauces were drippy, and it made a huge mess across my fingers, the table and even onto my clothes. Dang it. Taste-wise the meal was good, the meat was not overly spicy, that all kicked in more towards my last two messy bites where I truly felt it. I also went with a refillable drink and was not too happy with the blueberry soda or the other ones - there was an almost soapy lingering aftertaste to them ($3) and the other drink I tasted, the blueberry lavender, barely had flavor. It was closer to water than any infused drink which was disappointing. I would have gone for the lemonade but there was nothing in the bin. Their service was good and friendly, very helpful with the questions I had about the sauces. Will definitly return.

Build your own Greek bowls. Much like Subway or Chipotle you go down the line choosing your ingredients. Health conscious so calories are labeled on everything.

Brandy was such a wonderful help. Wonderful human with a kind heart. Impeccable customer service. She walked me and my buddy through the entire line and went out of her way to make sure our experience was exceptional, all while taking care of everyone else with the same level of care and attention. I will absolutely be coming back because of her. Food is amazing.

Ordered food for our family for dinner. $54 wasted. Food was awful no one could eat more than a few bites. Practically inedible. Drinks were either watered down or tasted like perfume. Cheap, store bought pita bread that smelled like the plastic packaging. They hardly bothered to chop the vegetables, everything had a weird off taste. Rice was flavorless. They just tossed a whole avocado half in my daughter’s pita and called it a day. Hoping no one gets sick from this food.

Wow I absolutely LOVE this place! Super healthy food done right! It is so tasty and the restaurant is nice and the staff is absolutely fantastic- so friendly and helpful! I LOVE coming here and will be back! Fantastic vegan options!

We have ordered many times and service was ok. Last 3 times we ordered online and has to wait over 20 minutes for the food to appear. Last two times no Ice. They rectified it the first time, this time they filled after I ate. They forgot a side of my daughter's. I brought it their attention, they acknowledged the mistake but just started helping the next person. I asked for a refund on my drink and they said that because it was an online order, they can't change it and requested that I call customer service. Not good Cava. Won't be back
