Food is fresh and tasty, with so many options. But I eat here often because of the service experience, mainly because of TEE. She is always smiling, and she makes your food with LOVE. The whole crew is very professional. They move the line very fast as well.
The staff at this CAVA provided excellent customer service. David took care of my order. He provided me with beyond exceptional service. He took his time and made my bowl with love. I will definitely recommend this CAVA to friends, family and co-workers. You rock David!!!!
Nezzie is an excellent and efficient server. Super friendly and made sure I was stacked on the sauces. This is the place to go for lunch any day of the week! Highly recommend the lamb & garlic dressing.

Great tasting chicken and bowls are full of flavor. Not the most filling, but one of the best tasting in the Finance District. The cleanliness is definitely questionable as others have mentioned. Beware with custom orders since the staff can be thrown off quite easily.
I ordered a bowl including 13 items, I only received a bowl with 6 items out of the 13. I paid $15 ($20 with delivery fees). It is so unacceptable to deliver to your customer LESS THAN HALF of what they paid for. I do not recommend that place (or at least not through delivery…)

It's a great place for quick lunch/ dinner options. They have a great selection of healthy bowls and pitas. We tried Lentll Avocado Bowl, Greek Chicken Bowl, Crispy Falafel Pita.... And it was awesome. If you are Indian and vegetarian, falafel bowl or pita is the best option you can go for. The bowls are wholesome and delicious too.
