CAVA - Mediterranean restaurant in Boulder - 1695 29th St, USA

This was probably one of my best dining experiences in the past few years. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional whoever is training these people needs a raise. Lilian who took my order was truly a gem. She made sure my order was perfect. Every bite was amazing and the pita was so fresh. I would absolutely go here again

I really liked this place the first time I went. I ordered delivery here and ordered sides of eggplant and sides of hummus and literally was given a tablespoon of both. These sides cost nearly $10. I called and spoke with Amy who was a doll and told me to bring it in and she would take care of it for me. Things happen and people are new and such. Amy's level of customer service leaves my review at 5. The food here is really really good.

Food is good but the service is so slow and all the employees look miserable. It took us 30 minutes to order with just 2 other people in front of us. The only employee that was working hard was Nick C. One of his coworkers without a name tag asked him where the avocado knife was and he told him in the back were they normally were and his co worker just stood there until Nick finished the to-go bowl he was working on and got the knife for his coworker. Also almost every table was dirty and looked like they had not been wiped down all day.

Tried this place for the first time and The service was outstanding. The mgr Seth has a great smile and attitude. I had a falafel sandwich with some rice and lentils on the side everything was really good. Also I like that they have a variety of drink options like blueberry lavender juice. So good!

Some of the longest waits for food pickups around. Some of the other reviews mention seeing entire lines of people walk in and get their food before a pickup is ready. This is absolutely true. This restaurant has a to go prep area in the back, but I have no clue what is going on back there. I have waited 10-15-20 minutes for simple orders many times. Places like this are setup to provide quick service. How they are able to go so slow is truly impressive. I have personally stopped picking up food from here unless the payout is extremely high since I know how long of a wait it will be. Just know, if you order food from here, it’s most likely going to take a very long time. Edit: just picked up food from here last night. There was 4 employees working up front. There was literally zero people waiting in line. Still waited 10 minutes for 1 bowl. 1. It took 10 minutes. I could have made it myself 45 times in the time it took you guys. Whoever is the manager of this place, please reach out to me so I can come in and teach you how to do your job

I have been ordering from this cava location roughly 3 times a week for months and months now and I cannot say enough good things about the food and their employees. The employees at this location are tougher than the marines. Amongst the lunchtime rush with people lined up all the way to the door, they are friendly and efficient. My online orders are always ready when I get there or within minutes. Whatever these employees are getting paid, it is not enough!!! Amy and Andy are two standout employees, but I have never encountered anyone here who wasn’t incredibly nice and providing excellent service! The rewards program is great and has gotten me plenty of free meals over time. One of my favorite things about ordering here is that I’ve had the same order for forever and they are consistent. Every time it tastes the exact same! Unlike some of their competitors (looking at you chipotle) where your meal can taste completely different on different days. The food here is satisfying, keeps me full all day, and is healthy compared to other fast food. Highly recommend trying the kids meal. And highly recommend this location!! Love you cava!

So good! I made my own bowl and it was delicious. High quality food and ingredients, very friendly service and a great price. Loved it!!! The skhug (schug?) dressing is to die for.

I love these bowls! The flavors are fresh Mediterranean, I'm the options range from your stood harissa chicken to lamb meatballs and vegetarian options as well It's fast food service style, sort of like you're used to with Chipotle. Are you stand in line and then tell the server what you'd like in your bowl. I particularly like the dressings, definitely try the schkug, sort of a Mediterranean style pesto with a little zing!
