CAVA - Mediterranean restaurant in Nashville - 2171 Green Hills Village Dr, USA

Interesting Mediterranean bowl restaurant. You have many options to build numerous combinations for your food bowl. It was easy to make. Service was fast. You have options to eat inside or out. Worth a visit if you haven't tried before.

First time I’ve ever visited this establishment I was very impressed with the food. The ordering process was easy and the line went by fairly quick. I ordered the lamb meatball pita with a variety of veggies and sauces along with a water. I enjoyed it outside in the parking lot and would definitely recommend it! 🌯 The price was less than $20 for one person.

The food was great, but the highlight in this location was the staff who went above & beyond today. I had visited with my parents, who are new to the restaurant and have strict vegetarian dietary restrictions. The first staff member in the “assembly line” was incredibly patient and helpful, answering their questions and guiding them through their choices at each step. My parents loved their bowls!

Hajir was absolutely incredible! She made my day & went out of her way to provide great customer service!! Will return just to see her again!

I showed my family this restaurant for the first time and they absolutely loved it. The guys helped them pick their bowls and toppings and were super helpful. The food was so fresh. Abraham was super nice and welcoming as well. Thanks!!

Conveniently located near all the shops at Green Hills and Regal movie theater. I do like the Vanderbilt location better, but this one does maintain the consistency and quality of cava ingredients. Parking is never an issue there since there’s a huge parking lot opposite Cava but during busier times you may have to park farther than you’d like.

their food is great but parking is a nightmare! the location is horrible! no where to ever park regardless the time of day. You have to end up parking in a parking garage and walk pretty much all the way around the mall. Almost not worth it in my opinion. Then you get inside and order a drink but every time i’ve been here (3 times) they’ve NEVER had ice. Seems like a scam to charge people for drinks and then not even have ice. Again, I have never had an issue with the food. In my opinion, it’s way better than Chipotle and there’s way more options. Service was pretty run of the mill, nothing spectacular but not the worst. And it was decently clean in there. But the parking situation is enough reason for me to completely skip this location and drive 10 minutes down the road to the one near Vanderbilt. the entire situation is pretty seamless and I’ve never had an issue finding parking. unless you’re already shopping at the mall, this location is a skip.

I usually love CAVA, but this location has poor service. Last time I went, they were out of black lentils, grilled chicken, tzatziki, you name it, so the staff member just scooped a random grain into a bowl and passed it down the line. Employees also didn’t know how to scan the rewards app barcode ?? Really disappointing service but the food itself was fine so I’ll give a couple stars where credit is due.
