CAVA - Mediterranean restaurant in Ardmore - 40 Coulter Ave Suite 175, USA

Today was my first time at CAVA and I loved it. I ordered a loaded pita; it was so delicious. Pita chips; I needed two orders and a Pineapple Apple Mint drink; I needed a large. The staff was friendly, informative, and patient. An overall great experience. I look forward to going often!

Next time, I'll be sure to take a photo. All the staff were polite. This was my first time visiting, and it was phenomenal. They helped explain what the different options taste like. I can see what the hype was about. I had a grain bowl and pita chips. The chips were fresh and warm. I enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this place, precisely this location, due to the great staff members.

I've had problems a few times before, but this is now the last one. I will never order from Cava again and will not recommend it to anyone. I pay $15 for a plate of salad and I don't get proper service. I asked for extra chicken but they didn't put it. Even though I paid for it. I said half arugula and half super greens. They made all of them argula. I will never, ever order again. Definitely don't order online because they don't care. Also, there is water accumulation at the bottom of the salad plate and this has happened to me a few times. I guess they serve the salad they washed without drying it.

Tasty Mediterranean style food - similar to Chiptole in the sense you order step by step. Their offerings are a little pricey, but the meal portion seems reasonable once you’re done. They have several flavors of lemonades that are worth trying, especially on a hot day. The Suburban Square location has both indoor & outdoor seating.

Awesome experience. Seemed pretty slow with the holiday week. Food was so good and building a bowl takes like 30 seconds. Definitely will be back.

Nice staff is the first thing I will say... Not bad food, but not my favorite. I had the mini pita which was fair. I thought the pita was too thick (and not warmed) and overpowered the rest of the sandwich. The falafel was tasty as was the hummus. I was told they have me an extra falafel (didn't want me to expect 3 every time) but I think that 2 wouldn't be enough and then it would be mostly just a thick, cold pita. The salad was good and the dressing very tasty. I'll try that next time.

I finally tried cava a couple of months ago and their food is delicious, filling, and fresh. The reason for 4 stars is the customer service. I usually order in person and when I ask for pita chips, I was charged every time even though they are supposed to come free with a bowl order. Last week I ordered online for pickup and saw that the pita chips is a FREE side option so I opted in. I go to pick up and order and of course the chips were not included. I kindly reminded the staff at the register that my order should have included two orders is pita chips. He looked at the receipt and then tried to charge me for it. I said online it says the chips are free, so he tossed them in my bag and walked away. Disgusting customer service but this location is close to where I work, which is the only time I see myself ordering Cava. I wish they would hire respectful and knowledgeable staff that won’t try and charge you for free items. The food is tasty though

I frequent this Cava location, and I stopped by tonight around 9:40 pm (Monday, November 6, 2023). After a long day of work, it was so amazing to be greeted by the smiling faces and incredible service of the people who were working at Cava’s Suburban Square location tonight. I felt so bad walking in just as they were about to close, but they made me feel welcome and made my bowl perfectly. I can confidently say this has been and will continue to be my favorite Cava location! 🥗 ❤️ Thank you again for making my day!
