I use to shop at Cato’s Department years ago until I move to another state and this type of store wasn’t in my area. I had a surprise gift from a friend with two items for the spring. I am so excited. Very pretty, stylish and appealing to me. Customer service and the hours of operation is a go. Come by and check out the new clothing line for the spring. Easter is around the corner.
Bought 3 items at a good price. Very nice cashier who helped me, very friendly. Have shopped there several times and always found something nice.
I love Catos. Cindy is an awesome manager. I never leave the store empty handed because they always have the cutest clothing.

Today I visited Cato in Ruston and I found 2 nice dresses and a pair of shoes ..Well I found a nice dress on the clearance rack and when I was checking out the dress on clearance was supposedly accidentally marked down and they refused to sell it marked down.. Now as a matter of fact there were 4 of the same dresses on the clearance rack along with other dresses on the rack..I enquired to the store manager Courtney and she apologized for the mistake after double checking and refused to honor the marked down price..I was very disappointed and told her I had never experienced anything like this before and I was definitely going to go online and write a review about this experience..Well Ms Courtney politely asked if I could wait a few minutes so she could call her boss to try to better resolve this problem, seeing that she did offer 20percent discount which I refused..Well cute Lil Ms Courtney came back and stated that she would offer the dress at the clearance price..Wow
Thank you Courtney..Job well done..I'm very appreciative that she cared enough to please the customer..of course I spent just about $100..thanks Cato for being a blessing and keeping another satisfied customer... thanks again
Can't give a 5 star rating because it's a hit and miss with their service and their quality of the products offered. If they are not careful they're going to out price themselves. Quality of the product doesn't match the price in my opinion.
