Horrible customer service at The Sikeston store. I am a long time Cato customer, I usually love going. I am new to this area and went in tonight for the 3rd time and again Horrible service. All 3 times I have been In This store Noone ever asked me to help and was rude and quick to dismiss my question when I asked for help. But I actually found what I was looking for 10 mins after was told they didn't have the item.Now I don't expect every cashier/clerk to know every item in the store but when there is 3 cashiers and 3 customers 1 could help make those sales instead of standing at register gossiping.
Love this place one of the only places left to shop is Sikeston. They always have what I'm looking for💋❤️
It's a great place to shop I just love the manager she's real friendly and she helps you out matching up your clothes to make you look nice

My wife went here as a recommendation from a cousin. She said she had forgotten how much a selection that Cato's had. Was looking for 1 shirt. Left with 4 and 2 other articles of clothing. She will definitely be coming back. The sales lady was extremely helpful and very kind.

I went there to try and find a last minute outfit for a 'formal' event near Christmas. They had lots of options and the outfits were really cute!

This is a stopover for us on way to TX Gulf Coast. Very clean restrooms, hot showers, reasonably priced, & friendly staff make this an easy choice. Add to this the Lambert's Restaurant (the home of "throwed rolls") & it's a great way to start our win
