Never received a greeting. Neither did anyone else that came in while I was there. I looked at the young lady several times waiting to see if she would ever look up from her clothes folding that was obviously more important than the customers, but she never did. I finally gave up and left. Part of customer service is that I shouldn't have to chase someone down to ask for help.
I love this place! The endless options the beautiful pieces and the customer service was phenomenal. I bought some items and I also used the layaway service. How convenient!! My mother and I are hooked on Cato for life!

Denison, Tx store was awful! I wouldn't be posting this but it's the second time I've been treated terrible. The 2 ladies especially the one w/black ponytail acted like we-several customers were in HER wsy! I stood waiting for a fitting room 6 or more minutes and they were right there putting out a new shipment and never said a word to me. I put my $300-400 worth of merchandise down and walked out! There is more but I know this is long...but I'm so disappointed. I had a gift certificate but I won't be back! It was $30 but I was spending more!
I found an outfit last minute for a wedding in the size I needed. I went to the wedding dressed in clothing that I found comfortable and dressy enough that I didn't feel out of place.

Nice place to buy for BBW. The bad thing is the parking lot is wet always . It's been wet everyday for months .
