Cute plus size clothes and reasonable prices! Very nice staff, too!
I ordered a sweater from their store and paid for it in advance. I never got a call saying that it came in and every time I try to call they pick up the phone and hang it up without even saying hello, either give me my money back or give me my sweater. I know the manager of the store and she is not even calling me. Very angry customer!!
I had an armful of clothing to try on. The store was not busy. They never informed me or had any signage up to indicate that their dressing rooms were not open. They watched me put all the clothing back where I got it as 3 employees stood at the front and did nothing. Is this their standard of customer service? Is this what they deam acceptable? I have no problem that some stores do not offer dressing rooms right now, however I find it unacceptable that they do not inform the customer when they walk in.
Always find good deals I can't pass up!
Had a poor customer service experience here. Was never asked if I needed assistance and when I mentioned that many of the options looked too old for me, the manager became upset then didnt even wait for me to leave before gossiping about me to her employees. She never made any suggestions or asked what I was looking for. I will not be returning.
The clerk was extremely helpful and nice. I was there 5 minutes ago. The clerk gave me the suggestion that if I order again online save $$ and ship to store!
