I LOVE CATOS! They are so organized and clean and have the BEST clothes, jewelry and shoes My favorite store EVER!!!!!!

I'm enjoy shopping at your store and My children have also known the different styles you get from different places. Different stores carry different things in the size of petite for those of us that are short myself. No customers/rich El representative should remind you after you walk in their doors. They close in 5 minutes. I know we all have a job but I also know in our jobs. We are to create a win-win for the customer and then the client as!!!!!! Does that resonate with anyone else? That's been kicked out of a store as a reminder of someone that wants to go home. We all want to go home? Our. Jobs? When. We work but also to other stores......consumer I those that come and buy from you often and you run off the wrong move.!!!!!! Today wrong people the represent Cato Kingsport TN. I guess they were done when I had the money that I wanted to spend. Period today always remembered

I was super impressed with all of their pricing and their great deals. I haven't went here since I was a little kid. They had a lot of different things. Their clothes were a little expensive but they had some very good accessories on sale and shoes on sale. I recommend knowing your clothes prices a little bit more. Thank you for a great service

Very friendly and helpful sales associates! I had a great time there and found some fun clothing and jewelry with help from Sierra and Daisy. Another piece was ordered in my size. They will call me when it arrives at their store. Their merchandise is a nice quality and very affordable.

The cashiers are really sweet and go above and beyond to be helpful. They know fashion and if asked if the shirt goes with the pants they give there opinion.They are having a amazing sale. Up to date nice fashion clothes in small to X 1-3 large women's sizes. If it's on sale and don't have your size they will order it for you from another store at the sale price You just have to pick it up in 2 week's And they will call you.

I like to stop in at least once each season. They have a good selection of business-casual attire and not too overwhelming, where you have to spend hours to find one descent outfit! Very affordable for the type of clothes being sold that last farley well. My taste changes so frequently that I do not really keep a preference and find something just about every time I have shopped.

The employees wouldn't let my 80 year old Mom with a health condition use their restroom. I understand there are rules due to covid and I respect that but the employees were extremely cold about it and then incredibly rude when a kind woman in the store spoke out in her favor. This was her first visit to a store after being fully vaccinated and she was very excited to be out. Sadly that was ruined so it will be her last visit to this store ever.
