The sales lady was very helpful. Found just what I needed
I really like Cato's clothing. My only regret is that the changing rooms are not open at this time. I don't generally have great luck buying pants if I can't try them on first. I know I could have returned the ones I bought that were wrong, but I had to wear them once to figure out that they were not the right size for me, and I didn't feel right returning them after that. If I could have tried them on before leaving the store, I would have seen that there was a potential problem. That said, it makes me happy that once I find the size that fits, everything in the store in that size fits, no questions. Clothing in other stores is hit or miss, and it misses way too often! I can definitely recommend this store. The sales staff is helpful, too, which is an added bonus.
My wife and daughter loves this store. It's affordable and the girls like the basic styles. The sales associates were pleasant, even to me.

I am always greeted with such a friendly welcome as soon as I walk into Cato no matter how busy they are. Their prices are a bargain at retail but when they go on clearance they are a real deal. I really can not think of anything they do not carry that a woman would want to wear. I have shopped there for years and have not had any quality issues. Whenever I need to return something no problem and they are just as friendly as when I made a purchase. The store always looks nice whether it is on the weekend or close to closing, never a mess like some other places I have shopped. A sales person is always available to help and even though they are busy with other customers I have never had to wait. Last but not least their fashion is awesome! I never walk out of there without making a purchase.
Walked in was there for 15 minutes. 2 girls in shop and no one even acknowledged me. I dont like to be hounded by people but to not acknowledge someone? Wow!
