It was a lot of fun but a little pricey for how few items you get. Very safe if you follow the rules. My 12 year old had fun. The large item I'm hitting happened to already be in the room broken. We only had one small milk crate of beer bottles, 3 small glass light shades, and the windshield I payed extra for as an add on.
Brennan was a great host at the smash room! His music choice was spot on and he made sure our last minute reservation (literally 10 minutes before our booking time we reserved a spot while at Alley Cat Axe Throwing) was ready to go when we walked in! Our little guy had the time of his life and told us ‘we are coming back here next year!’
Jenny was the best! She was so accommodating and helpful. She made my birthday trip to category 5 amazing!! Will definitely be back!!
This was absolutely a smashing experience! I have been wanting to experience a rage room for years and could not find one that looked like it was worth it until now. My friend and I drove 1.5 hours to Category5 Smash Room and were NOT disappointed! The room was set up for us as well as our choice of music. After our 45 minute session (which was the perfect amount of time for 2), we left in a pool of sweat having had a great workout and also felt very zen. Taylor was an amazing host. I highly recommend this experience!

Visited the Cat5 Smash Room for my daughter’s 14th birthday. It was her idea and her and her friend had a BLAST!! They enjoyed all 45mins of their “Date with Destruction” and didn’t waste a second!! Adding a large item (windshield) to the package at the end put their experience over the top!! The staff members were great at easing their nervous energy and getting them geared up to smash!! They even DJ’d their secession to all of their favorite artists!! It was a huge hit and we will We definitely be back!! Thanks again, Category 5!!!
We had a blast!! I recommend everyone go and enjoy! It is fun and exhilarating for the whole family! My boys are 10 and 11 and my daughter is 16 and they all had the best time!! It’s very safe, you are protected from head to toe in safety gear. You get to pick you weapon and your music and then just smash your stress away! The Brianna (sp?) was working that night and she was also great! She took pictures and videos for us and was really happy to help make our experience unique and special. We will be going back again many times!! Thank you for such an amazing and unique experience!
lots of fun, super satisfying, helpful staff, safe, wish there were more weapons like chains and more object variety like plates but it was so worth it nonetheless I would go here many more times you can even pick your music genre

Absolutely adorable for kids and adults! We loved trying to find all the tiny little things. It's free! It's an alleyway that is decorated with tons of tiny, tiny little displays. You have to look high and low.
