I just moved out to Lubbock and wanted a nicer apartment with safety as my #1 concern. I stumbled across Catalina West and I knew it was the one the second I visited. I love the open concept of the complex and the modern rustic feel they’re going for. I was interested in a one bedroom apartment, but it ended up being leased out before I could sign. I was so sad that I couldn’t secure the lease. A week later I got a call about a 2 bedroom unit. After much consideration, I knew I had to sign the lease because I couldn’t miss the opportunity to live here. I went ahead and signed and it was the best decision I’ve made since moving out to Lubbock! I love the management and maintenance team. They try to get all my issues situated asap. I love how safe I feel here. All my friends and family compliment the complex when they visit. I really do love this complex and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone! Catalina West is the best!
Absolutely love living here! If you are looking for a modern apartment this is the place for you. They are also having events/parties for the apartment community! The pool Is amazing and we now have a pickle ball court! Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends!!
We love the apartments, we’ve been living here for 3 years already couldn’t imagine living somewhere else. The amenities are great and the neighborhood is really safe. Best place to live in Lubbock for sure!
Great apartment complex! Maintenance is attentive, good security and good resident involvement. The grounds are kept well and we love living here as grad students! 😄
I have been living at Catalina West for over six months and it is even better than I expected! From the incredible pool, fire pits and grilling area, I wasn’t sure it could get better. But it does! Once inside the three bedroom apartment, you realize how much space there really is!! With the open concept, it’s truly the best apartment complex in Lubbock. Call to schedule a tour now! Catalina West has proven time and time again that they are among the best apartments in West Texas. Their pool, walkways, and ground areas are immaculate. The apartments are inviting and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Catalina.

Moved here from a neighboring apartment complex 2 months ago- and wow- I’m so glad we did! The natural light (HUGE windows!), higher end appliances, wall & cabinet colors, kitchen island, patio/deck areas are all SO nice! A lot nicer than any other apartment in the area, plus we are actually paying less in rent for a larger unit👏🏼 The pool area and large grass areas with grills throughout make for fun get-togethers with friends. Probably has the best location in Lubbock as Milwaukee has everything you need, and close to a huge park for the doggos. Management is very kind and willing to help! 11/10 recommend staying here!

Beautiful theater and great performances. We saw Hamilton there and it was spectacular. We were in the orchestra section but it looked like all the seating had good views. Parking was free for this show, but I don't know if that's true for all shows.
Having been to Korea many times, I can definitely say this is authentic. The food was piping hot and the service was great. Everything is really fresh! I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the best Korean restaurant I have been to in the USA
