If you’re looking for a highly motivated, welcoming environment I definitely recommend this place. My daughter looks forward to going to the little tigers program each class and has so much enjoyment learning new things and interacting with everyone. Also, I myself have taken adult classes and it’s always such a great workout!

The classes are challenging and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gym is very welcoming to people of all ages and skill levels. It is a family gym and they truly care about the success of their students. I highly recommend!

CAT Sigalas Martial Arts & Boxing has been a fantastic choice for our family. My son is enrolled in their Little Tigers program, and my daughter is in their older kids class. The instructors strike a perfect balance between discipline and encouragement. They are strict but fair, creating an environment that empowers our kids to excel. Great coaches! Great equipment! One of the things I appreciate the most, is that it is not a day care, coaches take their craft seriously and its somewhere that i take my daughters to actually practice, learn technique, and develop their skills! There is sparring for children and a great belt-rank system in place.

Our son has been training with Cathleen and Coach Coy since 2015. They are wonderful coaches who have had a great influence in both of our children, one who continues to train and the other who has taken the foundation of structure, discipline, and strength into her passion. Best decision to start both of them at young ages with Sigalas!

Cat Sigalas is the best. We have tried other locations and found them to be sub par. I personally have both of my children enrolled. 10yr old girl and 6yr old boy. They love it. It’s demanding and rewarding. This was an easy choice as a parent. They offer various type of self defense including boxing. Im a celebrity bodyguard…on the job for 30yrs. This is the real deal. Discipline, recreation, and respect for yourself and others. All responsible parents….see what my family are experiencing now. We plan to keep the kids there until they reach their black belts. I can not express how grateful I am for Cat Sigalas, the coaches, and everyone that attends these classes. We found them at a time my son needed something the most to help him become a healthier person, physically and mentally. The transformation is night and day. After literally the first class my son was hooked. He got in my car after that first class so excited to be a part of this family!! He felt not only incredibly welcomed but also encouraged by everyone there to train hard and just be a better person. Cat Sigalas teaches life lessons, they model what great leaders and great human beings are, far more than just any boxing class and for that I will forever be grateful we found them. We are lifers!
