DXL always had a great selection with friendly staff to help me in my shopping experience.

Mark was my sales person. I asked if he could help me order some shirts for my dad as they didn’t have his size in stock. When I asked Mark for help he let out a very reluctant sigh like he didn’t want to help me. He then asked if I had a rewards card and I said no. He then said in a very rude tone “Well I’ll have to sign you up to order these items.” I said that that was ok. Once we got to the ordering part he asked what colors. I then said he likes blue. He then swung his monitor around with such haste to show me what colors were available. If my dad didn’t need new shirts I would have walked out! He was so rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service!

The young lady who waited on me was EXTREMELY helpful and offered suggestions. I was shopping for an upcoming vacation. Since I’m a big guy it’s hard to find the right sizes that fit me and look good. I was totally satisfied and will definitely go back there to shop.
Nice store with plenty of big guy clothes. Staff was extremely helpful (Especially Boyd). Only bad thing is the sticker price, but there's also plenty of clearance clothes to shop from which can bring the prices way down, for instance I got a Calvin Klein suit jacket and pants for $159 after tax.
The store has quite a bit of a "growing boy's needs" when it comes to larger and/or taller individual's needs for clothing. The pricing could be less on the expensive side but otherwise not bad. Staff has been great and helpful and seems to be caught up on clothing brands.
Visited on 11-23, nice selection. Made purchase for my grandson. Very nice lady helped me with my choice. Store was well organized.
