Amazing chocolate and outstanding customer service! They helped me get my car unlocked after I locked my keys and phone inside! I made sure to go back and purchase some chocolates and I'm so glad I did! They even gave me a few extras! Honestly, it is some of the best chocolate I ever had! Wonderful ladies and delectable treats! I will definitely be back! Thanks for turning a bad day into a great one!

Castronovo Chocolate is the absolute best chocolate I've ever had. "TOP SHELF" made from natural ingredients sourced through authentic locations. Will satisfy even the most discerning pallets. So many choices and treats. I recommend the chocolate frozen drinks!!

Staff is very friendly. Will let you sample different chocolates before you buy. Awesome lemon white chocolate. Would never have thought that would be good, but it is outstanding.

These chocolatiers mean business. There are recent awards all over the walls and after sampling a number of their products, they are certainly well deserved. We got the sipping chocolate (their take on hot chocolate), frozen chocolate, and a bag of chocolate chip cookies. The difference is night and day. The chocolate here is rich and flavorful yet somehow light at the same time. You taste the real cacao and not off-tasting sweeteners. Customer service was top notch - informative and friendly. I don’t give 5/5 very often but these guys easily met the standard in my opinion

This is certainly a place for fine chocolates. They actually make their chocolate straight from the beans. So worth a visit.

I saw a review on here from 7 years ago where the reviewer stated the Chocolate here was "inedible." I don't think I've laughed so hard in a while! I suppose if you're expecting a Chocolate Candy Bar from a grocery store with 80% sugar, perhaps you might be disappointed. My wife and I drove to Stuart from Orlando before New Year's specifically to try this chocolate. We read somewhere that it was one of the best Bean to Bar craft chocolates in the entire country, and we've been on a bit of a chocolate kick as of late. I lived in Belgium for a number of years. I've had truffles from the exact shop that literally invented the concept of a Filled Chocolate. I'm no connoisseur, but I have eaten my fair share of chocolate in my life. That all having been said, Castronovo is hands down the best tasting chocolate bar I've had in my life! Every bar has a distinctive flavor and undertone from the region the cacao was sourced, my favorite being the Honduran, but you cannot go wrong with any of them! You can find single origin chocolate in a lot of places in every price range - but there is a lot that goes into bringing out the flavors, getting the right texture, selecting the right beans, roasting them a certain way etc that takes a lot of time, and cheap chocolates do not have that kind of time spent on them. That's what separates grocery store chocolate from international award winning chocolate. Some folks might get a bit of sticker shock. If you go here with a "price per ounce" mindset you'll be taken aback. But you shouldn't be looking at the ounces - you should be respecting the skill and labor of a small business producing literally World Class Chocolate in our own Florida back yard. You are paying for expertise and time when you buy from a skilled artisan. You can spend tens of thousands on a vacation to Europe and be hard pressed to find a better quality chocolate. If you don't like Castronovo chocolate, then you probably don't like Real chocolate :-)
