Our stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They did an impeccable job of making sure we had everything we needed, and let’s not forget to mention all of the amazing decor for the perfect photo opportunity if you’re really photogenic like me. They’re located right in the mist of all the Fun. There’s great food options nearby as well. 10/10 highly recommend. Our only complaint was that our shower was draining slow, but no worries cause Luis (their maintenance technician) made us his priority and came to fix it right away. He was extremely helpful & friendly as well. Definitely would come back again, only next time, our time would be longer. Keep up the great work at Castle Hotel!

The mobile key experience was the quickest way to access the elevator and your room. Once you use your key card you can't push any additional buttons for others. The security was great. Nicolle has phenomenal customer service. I needed my complimentary robe and free water, and she made sure I received all my amenities. I love the location because it was backed up to Pirate Cove and Icon Park.

I recently stayed at the Castle Hotel Autograph Collection and was thoroughly impressed by the unique charm, elegant decor, and overall ambiance of the property. The room was beautifully appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. However, my experience was marred by an issue with my card being charged without my approval. I contacted the hotel immediately but received no assistance over the phone. When I went to the front desk to resolve the matter, I was disappointed to find that the staff there was equally unhelpful. Despite the lovely accommodations, the lack of responsiveness and assistance from customer service left a sour note on my stay. The hotel has so much potential, but I hope they work on improving their customer service, as it did not match the otherwise high standards of the property. With better communication and support, this could easily be a five-star experience.

First time staying here & would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent location, great service the entire time & the bartender at the restaurant David was one of the best in the business. Marriott did not disappoint on this one. The pool & hot tub were clean, the hotel room was clean and smelled fresh. The restaurant has really good food & great drinks. Even the breakfast (pay extra for this) was really good & the cooked to order omelet was delicious. This is a unique hotel & well worth the stay!

Was in town for referee workshop and stayed here. The hotel is very modern and trendy. The location is great as we could walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and the ninth floor terraces were great in evening for sitting and relaxing. The staff was great with Ariel at front desk being very friendly and Joe at front door being a wealth of knowledge and able to talk about our profession. The pool bar with David was also a plus.

I would like Tadvisor to have half points. This hotel is 3:5 more than 4 but their good staff doesn’t merit to be rated with just 3. Premises are just ok, more a good 3 star than a 4 star hotel, lobby is small and so is the bar/ restaurant area, pool area is just ok. Rooms are adequate but barely reach 4 star category. The service as I said, is where you will find the best this place has to offer, very kind , friendly and useful staffers and chambermaids, no complaints here. It Is well located if you’re planning universal studios as your focus or the convention center, but if going to Disney area, this is not convenient as it is a 40’minute drive at least. For food, many of the international drive restaurants are close and some are walking distance, although you must be aware that international drive is mainly a chain restaurants affair, so you won’t find the very good ones of Orlando there, but then, some of these chain restaurant places are good (Capital Grill, fogo de chao, vito’s, amongst them)

They not honest. What they offer online when you get there isn't true. They do everything to eat your money. Very poor service. No one to help with your bags, elevator is dirty, bed cover smell, dust rooms. Location is good but hope will be taken over by other reputation hotel company. They advertise 4 star but is 2 star hotel compare the others around them.

Here for APCO 24 conference. The hotel location is very good with restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The hotel has the Autograph feel as the decor is modern and very chic. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff really sets the hotel above most. From the time we checked in both Joe and Tupac at the front door were awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Maria and Nicole at front desk were also great. Holden at the bar was great to talk with also. This will be a great place to return to as a tourist especially when new Universal Park opens across road next year.
