Nice, quick in and out. Wish people parked inside lines and were more considerate. Coming in late at night meant a little more navigating how to park my car. Ask for an Iron if needed. On the highway so hop on and drive into Santa Clarita or go to Lagoon. It's a room that's clean. Housekeeping promptly brought a roll out bed. Friend added his blow up mattress for additional comfort. Regular bed were comfortable.

Overall this place is a dump. The pool and hot tub aren't in service. The door to the room doesn't click into the frame so the keys don't work because the door doesn't even shut. Definitely a mold smell and black spores coming from fixtures. No breakfast available as advertised. Do not recommend staying here unless you're in dire need.

Bed Bugs!!!!!!!! My son has bedbug bites all over his body after staying here! Our initial room had to be switched because it was FILTHY! It was extremely hot because the air is left off until guests arrive. It smelled very strongly of mold and urine, the floor is coming up due to water damage. There was food left on counters and floor, the shower was BLACK with dirt and somebody’s eyelashes were on the sink. So they moved us down the hall to new room that was still extremely hot. Our whole 4 day stay was scorching hot in our room. The new room looked clean, but was not! My son has bites on his neck, shoulders, back, chest, stomach, arms, hands, legs and feet from bedbugs. Now I have to throw out blankets, pillows, and clothes that we brought because I cannot afford to bring bedbugs into our home. This was a complete disaster all because of the hotel room that we chose. Hopefully this prevents someone from having the same experience. Photos are included. Rooms are cheap but still over priced for what they are. Not worth the bargain.

The location is easy to find and convenient. It's right at the end of a freeway off-ramp. I was given the room with a window facing the ramp so it was a little noisy. The best thing I can say about this place is that I didn't see any roaches or bedbugs, although there were flying insects in the dilapidated curtains. The laminated floor was coming up in multiple places and looked dangerous to walk on. It was also sticky like (i hope) cola or glue. I didn't have slippers so I put shoes on EVERY TIME I got out of bed. The Box under the mattress looked literally like a crime scene. I was afraid to remove the sheet to check the mattress, although I did check for bugs. There were none on the bed. The tub had a non-stick mat in it but it was quite dirty. I stayed for 2 days and my key stopped working after 1 day. The TV was loose on the wall and did not work (no signal). Pictures of bed, curtains, and floor attached. Needless to say, I do not recommend.

We stayed here one night and everything was fine. We had to stay close by for work. So we decided to stay again last night. I wish I would have gone anywhere else. A car in the hotel parking lot had an alarm that kept going off. It was going for most of the night, from 1:30am until 6:30 this morning. The hotel manager should have done something about it. Needless to say I'm exhausted and I will not be staying here again.

Positive: There was no pool available but was listed as anemeties and the rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures it advertised Negative: The flooring was so old it had cracks, I had to ask the front desk for towels because they didn't provide enough and what ever they washed the towels and linens in I broke out in a rash.

Positive: Close to six flags about 10 minutes up the road Negative: Smelled , floors were in bad condition. Pool had no water and little mice running around

The staff was wonderful, and so helpful to us since our car had broken down on a nearby mountain pass. They had water heated and met us outside to show us where to have our car parked so my husband could work on it since we were in the middle of a move. Front desk was so kind, and understanding and did everything he could for us to be comfortable and feel safe. Even offered my husband a ride to the auto parts store nearby after he got off work. Customer service and overall human experience is an 11/10.
