Caspian Bellevue - Persian restaurant in Bellevue - 1806 136th Pl NE, USA

I ordered the delivery from Uber. The two main entree were very few shredded meat and lots of sauce. I even cannot use my spoon to get more than just eggplant. Very disappointed. See photos. I have reported thru Uber app but no response from restaurant. Will not order anything from them in the future.

They finally opened up dinning hall. Food was fabulous. Customer service was wonderful. Always a good experience.

Super tasty kebab. Probably best in town. I really hope they will change hours as they’re closed in odd times. Your food is 10/10 we would stop by more often if your hours could be more flexible. Hookah also would be great ;)

Well, first of all While the food at this supposedly fancy restaurant was enjoyable for our lunch, I felt unpleasantly surprised when they automatically added a 20% gratuity charge for just two people without informing us beforehand. I politely informed the staff that this practice seemed unfair and possibly illegal. To my dismay, they included additional charges, the nature of which I wasn't clear about. Moreover, a $10 charge for a cup of tea and an extra $7 in fees contributed to a final bill of $84 for two simple dishes listed at $24 each on the menu! This experience left me feeling disappointed, and I would caution others to be wary of this restaurant. Big scam restaurant!!!

The owner was so rude and nasty. The rice was watery and it was like previously frozen. The kebab wasn't good either. The owner was and the old lady were arguing with me and sending me to my car to call the restaurant to put an order when I was already in front of the restaurant, when I tried to tell them that their website says dine-in available they called me out and I had to show them what website said. I paid over $100 and the food was disgusting and the both owners were unbelievably rude Caspian restaurant was one of my favorite restaurants. What happened to them? Such a shame

The food was delicious. However the lady/waitress in the front was extremely rude and unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable dining at the restaurant due to how cold she was towards me. The food was delicious but I think it’s overpriced. Overall this might be a good takeout option if you are willing to pay a premium but do not dine in here. It seems many other reviews also have similar feedback.

Tasty chicken kebobs and yummy white saffron rice! Flavor was on point and big portions! Love love love it 😍

Horrible customer service, horrible food!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I don’t even know why this place is still open! They have the rudest staff, prices are incredibly hight, and food is horrible! This is the WORST Persian restaurant in this area! Save yourself and go somewhere else. I had the worst experience!
