The cascabel style fries are SO GOOD! Mac n cheese was creamy, cheesy and delicious. I always order the chicken taquitos because they are always super crunchy and tasty. Our favorite part for sure was the margaritas. They have seasonal flavors so make sure to ask your server about the margarita of the month. 🤩
Waitress here needs to be fired. It's hard to ignore how badly she treats everyone who's not white. Overpriced food and dusty atmosphere doesn't help. Im surprise their ratings are so high but I can see they make up accounts and give themselves high rating. A place like this does not belong in this city. When I asked to speak to a manager my waitress asked why I needed one then said it wasn't my lucky day? Because they didn't have one..... Will not go back. Will do everything I can to get others not to go here.
Authentic Mexican cuisine yet very accessible to the American palate. Nice plating, perfectly-sized portions, and distinct but subtle flavors. I tried the chicken fajitas, which was grilled yet moist and tender. I need to come back for their chicken molé...the waitress warned me that the molé took 23 minutes to prepare but was worth it.
I accidentally ordered the wrong dish and the staff was kind and understanding. I had the nachos and they were the best I've had.
You know those restaurants where every time you go, you order the same thing because you it's always so good? That's how I feel about the Quesadillas at Cascabel. The portions are huge, and the Cascabel fries and salad give a great variety of food and flavors on the plate. Love the chips, love the salsa/sauce. Margarita's are on point, or Sangria when I want to switch it up. I always enjoy myself here!
I had to pick up an order from this spot today with a very unsual name. While trying to pronounce it the waitress, she began talking down to me at a very large volume, getting customers to stare, asking about how was she suppose to know the order if I can't say it. When I showed her the name on my phone she starts complaining about me very loudly under her breathe how it's not her fault I can't read or how it's not her job to do orders for me. Just nonsense hate directed my way for whatever reason. She tosses the food at me and goes back to the back room somewhere I was very upset and kind of in shock of being treated that way. I called the restaurant back and asked to speak to a manager, the same girl replied, "we don't have one". After a very long moment of silence I just repeated what she said as a question. To which she said... Yes, we don't. Today... She eventually told me her manager wasn't in today. I don't understand why she made getting that info difficult. I don't understand the hate and attitude she threw my way. I also don't understand how someone so rude can keep their job. Thankfully I was able to report this to Grubhub for decriminalization and will no longer be able to get orders from this place. Im very new to this city and so far almost every restaurant I've visited or picked up for Grubhub has been filled with wonderful, kind people. This was the first bust and what a bust it was. Do yourself a favor, skip this one. Very rude female staffer. Not friendly. And the staff informed me that they don't have managers... Edit: the "owner" has asked me to email them with what happened. I did and they have not responded. If they do I'll give further update. If it hasnt been updated it meant they never actually tried connecting with me.
This was tough because we really enjoyed the food and cocktails... However! The walls in our booth were disgusting, food was smeared (probably by children) but it clearly wasn't fresh and hadn't been wiped down in quite some time. Honestly, I think we only stayed because of how hungry we were.
Whether you're a seasoned foodie or someone new to Mexican cuisine, Cascabel promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you eager to return for more.

First time and everything was great. I would recommend the carnitas. Both the burrito and quesadillas were excellent. Carnitas was crispy and tender. Service was friendly and helpful. It is a no frills Mexican take out with some tables. Def going to
Been wanting to try this place ever since I first saw it on triple d a decade or so ago. Didnât disappoint! My wife had huevos rancheros that she raved about. She never raves about her food so it must have been delicious. I had the chilaquiles with
I've been here a few times, and the service has always been fantastic and the food delicious. Quality homemade food with fresh ingredients. Which is actually peculiar considering that every time I'm there, the place is always empty. Maybe I've just b

I have come here for a while and I am happy that they just came up with a breakfast menu. Now I can come before work and not after work to eat here. I enjoy the breakfast just as good as the lunch menu. The quality is a solid 9/10
What a find this place was in Santa Rosa. Dying for a snack and Michelada we stopped here. Order when you walk in at the counter with an expansive menu I had no idea what to hope for. Watching the drink being prepared must have been like watching DaV
Alberto is the best ever. We were a MESS and his soft spoken kindness gave us the time and confidence to order exactly what we wanted. The chips kept coming and the food was quick and hot and delicious. I will forever hope I get Alberto in the fut
Great trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding. No dogs though. A mix of single track & fire gravel roads. Can be rocky. Mixed terrain w/ beautiful views, a lake, flowers, birds & creeks. Beware of the poisen oak! Simply, nature at it's bes
Fantastic. We travel a lot and put greatest emphasis on breakfast. This place is number 1 or 2 of all places. They do it all well. Crispy hash browns, huge biscuits as good as the south, loaded omelets. Donât miss it. Small old diner like fe
Iâve lived in Santa Rosa my whole life and have never been to Sandyâs. I was incredibly surprised that there is such a great local pizza place that has been here for so long. I would say this might be the best pizza I have had in Santa Rosa. Blow
Enjoyed the Hella Stoked Cold IPA. It was refreshing with a nice bouquet. Itâs a good stop over to grab a brew from the bar. They have a food truck today, Saturday. Sat at the bar and noticed a tender connection with their customers-ðº This locat
This place has amazing coffee and a really cool atmosphere too. Really glad I stumbled on it during my travels! I will be back and I highly recommend stopping in.
My husband and I went in for beer and ended up having a delicious lunch of the hummus platter and the best pizza we've had in a long time! The crust and sauce tasted homemade, fresh toppings and melty cheese - you can't go wrong! The service was so f
Friendly atmosphere. Great food choices. I had the bento box with three items and it was a lot of food. Tempura was crisp, the ratio of meat for the tonkatsu was perfect, loved the salad... Get there early for lunch, it gets packed.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was vibrant with patrons enjoying themselves. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The portions were large enough for many of us to need a take home box. I will definitely ret
This is the best donut shop Iâve ever been to in fact itâs one of my favorites, I donât mind if itâs a 10-15 min drive from where I live because itâs worth it to get donuts, bagels and croissants from this place especially with its prices.
