Judy Crane should not be in charge of anything. Matter of fact she should be fired how she talks to people and how she handles situations. Where the property is they had the car towed even though there was a parking sticker. We were there for work. Had to miss a day of work to try to get our car out. The tow yard released it saying it should have never got towed. When we called to talk to Casago about it we got Judy. She was rude and belligerent. Said there’s nothing she would or could do about it. Talked down to me. Did I get mouthy after awhile yes I did. You can only be talked to like that for so long. She refused to get anyone else on the phone and stated she was the only one. I messaged the owner of Casago and he said he would look into it. Never responded again. So in my eyes he’s no better then his employees. Do not rent from Casago. Do not rent from the one in Scottsdale for sure. Unless you want to deal with the very rude and unprofessional Miss Judy Crane. As stated previously we weren’t parked where we were not supposed to be or else they wouldn’t have not charged us for the car. It was 100% their fault. And for two you didn’t want to give me the associations number you told me they wouldn’t talk to me anyways. And you hung up on me not once but twice. That’s the whole reason I started getting upset. I never once threatened you. You have a thing for compulsive lying I see from many reviews. You’re not a good person. And shouldn’t be point of contact for a business point blank. You can try to spill all the lies you want within your response but they are just that lies. Also, from the gate you kept saying I’m the one that gets to decide if you stay or go. You were on a power trip the whole time. It’s because that company has given you too much power to destroy their company. Finally I was like we will go. Who would want to stay somewhere where the management clearly lacks and so does the customer service. You want better reviews be a better person. Do better!

Horrible company. Fabricated lies. Do not recommend. Casago discriminated my group. Judi, This post was 100% necessary. Was the review left for me necessary? I did not host a party. That is a lie. We stayed a total of 3 nights in your Scottsdale home, which was filled with ants, and not once did the neighbors or cops come to complain that we were upsetting the neighborhood? Another lie. No one in my group smokes cigarettes. Another lie. There was personal items that were left behind and IMMEDIATELY after one of the guest realized (1 hour and 25 minutes later), we text the host to retrieve the items because we KNEW there would be JUDGEMENT in regards to the personal items. You indicated that it is strange for someone to retrieve PERSONAL items that were left behind? DISCRIMINATION. You then proceeded to attack me, stating that the home is "disgusting", which was not, and were referring to the personal items that were left behind and threaten to send me an additional bill, which you didn't because you're LYING!! Airbnb is complete trash and so is Casago.

For my first time with Casago and in Scottsdale Arizona I can honestly say it was the easiest process. The Casago team who attended me was very polite and patient with me, all three times!! The property itself was beautiful and very clean. They made me feel welcome and expected me when I checked in. Their customer service is impeccable. I will be booking with them again.

You can tell the property was just renovated, everything was new and working. The cleaning was impeccable. Was in Arizona for business so it was nice to go back to the property and relax. I informed the Casago agent that it was my first time in Arizona so she put together some pamphlets on what to do, definitely took care of everything,

Me and my family always book with Casago. We always speak to someone with a great attitude and someone that knows each property and the details of each home. This will be our 5th time in Scottsdale, we love this location because we have family here and it’s our annual reunion. Any question or doubts that I have I’m glad to say that Casago customer care is beyond helpful. I will keep visiting with my friends and family and recommend you do too!
