I absolutely love everything about this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The community is clean and organized. I want to say a special thank you to Elizabeth and Karen for always answering my questions and concerns as quickly as possible. They have been so helpful and sweet throughout our process and we are very excited to become part of the Casa Vera family!

Things are great when they work. The front gate was broken and left open for months. Packages get stolen from the mail area, cameras for said mail area are "in a proposal", been literally months and nothing has changed. Submitted complaints through the online portal to find out from the office staff that it's not monitored and everything needs to be submitted as a work order instead. Lights flicking in the parking lot take months to replace, so I hope you have blackout curtains. Gym equipment is just okay, hardly "state of the art" as claimed on the website. Several pieces are unusable, such as curl bars that are bent with the plating literally peeling off the bar and without functional restraint clips. Rowing machines missing the pull bar/string or having the screen smashed off. Treadmills that are so loud you don't want to use them. There are also little things like the phase 2 gym not having a garbage can for the cleaning wipes, if there are any in stock. Or the music that is playing at all times in the gym with no way to turn it off. Office staff are helpful and friendly but the ones you can talk to can only do so much. The apartments themselves are pretty standard for the area. the kitchen is a good size, though it could use drawers in the island. Appliances are the same stainless steel ones that every apartment built in the 5 years has. Living room is a good size with options for tv placement. Balcony is a good size with a good quality sliding door. Bedroom blinds, depending on what side you are on, will need to be replaced. Looks like little care was taken during painting/tenant repainting as trim and floor both have splash on them. Maintenance staff are generally pretty quick to respond to issues but often have to be called back several times to actually address root causes of issues. I give 2 out of 5 mostly because of the issues that are not addressed timely and/or properly, a complaint portal that is openly ignored. If I scored for only the apartment as a place to live without issues, easy 4.5

Best office staff hands down goes to Clark. he will make sure to help you in any need you may have and quite frankly will be one of the few that will actually help you from his heart besides Cristina . thank you to both for always being prompt with any request or inconveniences that we may have as tenants . unfortunately I had to end my lease early and they have made the process smoothly and have made me feel like am being taken care of . God bless you both always and thank you for helping our family .

This month makes 8 years since I moved in to this fabulous residential complex and my experience has been exceptional!! I will definitely go on living here for as long as possible!! The management has maintained the high quality standard , the grounds, living quarters, common areas and all amenities have been kept in tip top shape!! The best part of my being part of this community is the staff especially those at the leasing office they are all so pleasant and treat us like family!! They are always willing to assist and promptly address all my concerns in the most professional, efficient and customer friendly manner. I’m particularly impressed by Michelle Rodriguez whom I met from day one and she was the one she set up my lease. My interactions with her made me choose to live here and continue to this day!! She is such an amazing person!! Hats off to Casa Vera for being on the cutting edge and earning my vote of confidence!!

I am resident at Casa Vera Apartments for more than 5+ years. This is the best place to live! Today, I have been informed by my husband Alfredo, that Samantha Gomez came back to join the administration team (again). This is great for us since she is always available and her customer service skills are outstanding. Welcome Back Samantha! Also, Carlos Hernandez and Jose, from the Maintenance Unit, are very professional and extremally knowledgeable. Thank you, Carlos and Jose :)

The moment I walked into Casa Vera Apartments and was greeted by Clark, I knew I had found my ideal place to live.I'm currently in my first week of living at Casa Vera Apartments, and I absolutely love it. From the beginning and throughout the process of meeting Karen, Samantha, Elizabeth, and Clark, it has been a great experience. Not only are they very helpful, but they are also genuinely nice people. The apartment is, to say the least, beautiful. Upon arrival, the apartment was in perfect shape. The only thing I needed was to fix the water coming out of the refrigerator, and Freddie fixed it immediately. This stunning apartment is truly state-of-the-art. It showcases the latest advancements in design and technology, creating a modern and luxurious living space that is guaranteed to make a lasting impression. With its sleek finishes and innovative features, this apartment sets a new standard for contemporary living. The floors, bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen look brand new. They truly excel in maintaining the community. I have already met my neighbors, and they are really nice. The amenities are great, including a beautiful pool. The area is perfect for BBQs, and the gym is ideal for a quick workout. They also have a dog park, but I don't have a dog. That's next on my list. I couldn't be more thrilled with my apartment at Casa Vera. The community and staff have exceeded my expectations, adding to the overall satisfaction I feel about living here. Highly Recommended!

Recently moved in a 1/1. Karen Ruiz was outstandingly helpful to get everything started. After moving in the AC wasn't working right, sent a request and it was taken care off right away. So far it's a great place despite the tight parking situation. But that's pretty much everywhere.

This month marks a year and 3 months since I have decided to move to this apartment. I will recommend this residence 100% to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Living in this complex has been an absolute pleasure. The combination of a great location, superb amenities, a welcoming community, and super attentive management makes it a truly outstanding place to call home. There is a sense of community here. From the well-equipped fitness center and inviting swimming pool to the beautifully landscaped communal areas, there is always something to enjoy! Maintenance has also been on top of their game. The staff has always been vigilant which always makes me feel super welcome! On that note, BIG THANKS to Clarck Fundora for his super friendly and welcoming personality that makes living at the Casa Vera something of great comfort! Look no further!
