My husband and I had a wonderful five day stay at Casa Valerio in Santa Barbara. It's a stand-alone building with each unit remodeled to be like a large hotel room. Ours had a dresser, a desk, a table with two chairs, a small kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and microwave, and a large bathroom. Everything was very nice, the bed was comfortable, it was pretty, and quiet. The location was awesome - it's a half block from State Street and a block from a small grocery/deli and a coffee shop. The host was very responsive with a minor problem getting in. We will definitely stay at Casa Valerio again when we return to Santa Barbara.
Lovely, quiet, and safe residential location that's close to downtown. Love the aesthetic and design of the whole property, inside and out. Perfect little kitchenette is a game changer traveling with my dog. Really appreciate their effort to minimize plastics and single-use products. Great customer service support - had a small issue with the door lock at 11pm and was able to resolve it quickly with their friendly (human) phone support. Already planning my next stay at Casa Valerio!
We stayed at this place on our recent visit to Santa Barbara and we liked it. The place was cozy and has everything you need on your stay. It's also very accessible: walkable to downtown/famous state street and just 5-10 mins away from the amazing east beach
My family enjoyed our stay at Casa Valerio, it made our time in Santa Barbara very pleasant. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us adults and our 1-year-old baby. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the supplies we needed from a Pack 'n Play, to baby tableware and a high chair. It was great to cook at home with nice spaces to hang out indoors and outdoors (2 balconies), as well as the convenience of the in unit laundry and within walking distance of Santa Barbara.
Hosts are super responsive, the place was clean and matched the description, and the best part was that the place was within walking distance to Downtown Santa Barbara.
Also, they have a detached garage to store your luggage before and after check in/out. This was super convenient because other luggage storage places were closed during the holiday. Keep in mind that other guests and cleaning crew have access to the garage. But we just left our luggage there and took our valuables with us.
10/10 would recommend this place.

Great stay at this location! Place was close to restaurants, walkable area (right off State Dr), and clean on arrival. Check-in/out process was a breeze, and management was super responsive.
