Casa Royal Inn - Motel in San Jose - 610 E Hedding St, USA

Room interior has been recently updated. Different from the Google pics. We had room with vinyl wood floor, queen beds with white comforter. We booked here last minute with no problems, our last hotel had too much dust which caused us allergy problems. But here, the allergies went away. The room was very clean. Place seems family owned. Staff was attentive and friendly. Mostly quiet. Some noise from the busy street intersection. But not all was perfect: Desk lamp didn't work. Shower curtain had a small tear. Their WiFi's password didnt work. There's another free WiFi in bldg but it is unsecured and suspicious. No elevators. No lobbies - just an office window like your typical motel. So schedule your checkout and ride arrival. Saw a man check out and just stood in parking lot with his bags waiting for his ride. Not sure about the safety of area, but they have lots of cameras. Overall, it was a good value and I would recommend them.

Rooms are beyond discusting, filthy bathrooms, feces on.the wall, toilets dirty, mold and grime in bathrooms. Microwave filthy. Curtains stained and moldy. Ac unit gross Priceline charged us $256 dollars for a night when it stated $126 on website. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. In.the ghetto. No Carpets in rooms the way the pics look on website. Staff rude. I have pics. Would like to post pics but doesn't give me the option. Please don't stay here

The hotel service is the best we have stayed here all the time when we go to this area. We love Casa Royal Inn G2 is always so kind and helpful in every possible way. Thank you for everything, we have always enjoyed our stay in this hotel! We definitely tell all our families and friends how this is one of the best valued hotels in this area! I cannot express how amazing and comfortable this place is. I love the staff which is a family based business very prompt, and friendly people. Helped me and my daughter in every way possible to feel welcomed and appreciated. Wish I would have continued my stay but unfortunately my time was up. I highly recommend this place very family oriented.

The towels had some black stains on them, hard mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were also very hard like cement, when I walked into the bathroom it smelt like a drain or a sewer leak, the staff weren't very accommodating, The carpet was super dirty with pieces of food around the corners in the room Low water pressure from the sink, Unfortunately I couldn't find something in this hotel that made me a little pleased. After a long drive and a late night check in, the minimum they could have done I felt was extend the offer for a late checkout but the representative was rude and hung up the phone on me telling me no. Don't let the remodeled look of the rooms online fool you

I recently stayed there and my room door did not lock at all u can push the door and it would open also this must sound crazy but a little boy woke me up saying my name 3 times outside my door and inside my room i dnt knw if this place is hainted but this happen at 5:00am and also they tried to get in to my friends room at 3:30am weird things were happening

This place wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t the best. First the negative… there isn’t an elevator and the young man checking us in didn’t even ask if we needed any help. The room was pretty decent size, with a microwave and refrigerator, but it wasn’t the cleanest we’ve stayed in. We shook out a towel and had a bunch of long black hairs fly out. The towels were in desperate need of replacement. Thin, small, pilled, dingy. The traffic noise from outside is a bit much and there is a tire shop across the street that woke me up in the morning. Pretty noisy. And the halls smelled strongly of pot. The ODD…no office. The check in window reminds me of an hourly place or an information booth at the County Fair. The GOOD…the beds and pillow were comfy, the shower was nice, free parking with some of the spots being covered.

Cleaned, and seem like they’re in a new building. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and was nice enough to give recommendations on places to find dinner nearby without me even asking. Highly recommend!I arrived late, and a very polite and helpful front-desk person helped with check-in etc. Nice room, very clean and neat and very well situated, with a short walk to the Hotel I would definitely consider returning again here. Good value for the money, given the very high rates in the area during my stay. Thanks Vina, for your assistance.The parking is really tight. If you have a larger vehicle you might have a hard time parking on the property. Otherwise, the stay was excellent. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff.My co worker and I traveled for business and stayed here for three nights. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, and the hotel cleaned on a daily basis. Within walking distance of night life and some pretty cool restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the San Jose area.Excellent room, great condition with friendly staff. Everything looked new and very clean. Only wish there was breakfast but otherwise very happy with the stay.
