Another great experience at Casa Robles. From the friendly faces at the door, to our wonderful server Abigail, and a conversation with the chef, we felt very welcome. We went for brunch this time, and the food was as wonderful as always. (And while some May think this isn’t very relevant, they had AMAZING coffee.) We can’t wait to go again!
This was our first time here and we were pleased to see it wasn't in the mess of downtown Roswell - it is located on a side street in an upscale shopping mall with a large parking lot (always a win). The restaurant is bigger than I expected with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating with a large bar. The design is inviting, contemporary, warm, and relaxed. I would recommend a reservation if you are arriving after 6pm as it filled up quickly.
Our waitress was lovely and knowledgeable about the menu and the service was quick (drink and food). We ordered a wide variety of items from the menu and some were great and some missed the mark.
The street corn, papusas, empanadas and tacos were great, but I would avoid the "chips" and salsa as the chips were super hard and sharp and the one of the salsas was bland and didn't taste like anything. The tres leches dessert was the best thing we had. Overall we thought it was a little pricey for what it is but enjoyed our dining experience. It's a good place to meet friends if you have a bigger party and like to share plates.
The food was delicious. It exceeded our expectations. I didn't manage to take many pictures because it was so tasty that I forgot to do it. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The Chef came out to say hello and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. I ordered an watermelon margarita and it is the best cocktail I have had so far. Very balanced, everything just right.
My girls and I decided to check this place out for our ladies night out based off a tiktok we saw of it. I called the restaurant at 130pm on a Saturday to make reservations. They did not open til 5pm but the vm said leave a message for reservations so I did, for 8 ppl.
At 5:00 I called again, bc they never back me back, and asked them if I could make a reservation for 8 ppl. The girl said they wouldn't have a table for us until 830. I then asked her "don't you close at 930?", she said yes. I then asked if I could get 2 tables of 4 and she said they don't have any available til 830.
My girls and I had already planned on meeting here so some had arrived on time like we planned. My friend asked for a table for 8 and they said they could not accommodate us. I told her to ask for a table of 6 and we would just add 2 more chairs.
When I finally got there, we had 8 ppl. I asked the server for 2 more chairs, and she had to go ask. When she came back, they brought us some chairs but said they needed them back in an hour. Really?!? Unbelievable!?!
Let me reiterate the atmosphere, there were PLENTY of empty tables. They were not busy.
We ended up ordering some drinks and food and personally none of it was very good. The Chips for the salsa were stale. The street corn was pretty good. The flautas needed salt.
The whole time we are eating, the place never filled up, yes they could accommodate us and they made us feel rushed by telling us we had to give the seats back in an hour. I mean, what if they serve our food slow, am I supposed to sit on the floor?
And they are way over priced for he value of food.
Anthony was our server and did a great job of attending to what we needed without being in the way of our date. Many servers could take a lesson about being a good waiter without being intrusive.
We enjoyed four small plates. The croquet and the bacon wrapped dates were absolutely outstanding. We also enjoyed the braised beef. The corn was highly recommended but not our style and then we really had a nice dessert. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality was top notch.
The food is excellent. All the ingredients are fresh and I like how they incorporate vegetables, herbs, and spices to modernize classic Spanish tapas. Great interior space with comfortable seating and bar and the outdoor space is equally large and shaded.
We very much enjoyed our dinner tonight, sitting at the bar! Everyone and everything was so perfect! We are so sorry that this great restaurant will be closing, but am looking forward to seeing chef Laura at Table & Main. Hopefully she will bring some of her favorite recipes with her that can be incorporated into their menu…maybe even a pop-up paella night! Thanks!!
Love! Always delicious. It’s Tapas. So order a bunch of small dishes for a group and share.
One of the best meatball subs Iâve ever had. The sub was filled with cheese and meat how a real sub should be. Fries were seasoned well and had just the perfect amount of crisp to them. 10/10 recommend. Will for sure be back and bringing the whole
Iâve never had Thai food before but Iâd thought weâd try something different for my momâs birthday; it had been about 30 yrs since my parents had Thai lol. Overall, it was delicious & the service was fantastic! I always knew I would love curr
Went here for a Bills playoff game, and this has got to be one of the best dedicated team bars. The crowd was amazing and the energy was electric. In addition, the service was fast even though it was absolutely packed. If you're a bills fan, this is
