Good food, fast, quality service. Servers all worked together to get the food out fast to our group of 13. They were quick to refill drinks but we're not overbearing. They kept the table cleared if used dishes and were prompt with the checks when our meeting was over. Food was served hot, portions were more than generous and everyone seemed more than happy with their meals.
Can't wait to return.
Food was a disappointment considering the cost. Sliced cheese melted on top of the chicken fundito was terrible.
The queso with chorizo was tasty, but as an appetizer, it should have set up a better meal experience.
Service was lacking, but adequate. Wasn't checked on after food was brought to the table.
Will not visit again.
Expensive for no reason
Big portions with little/ weird flavor
I don't know if we went in on an off night, but the waiter and waitress we had didn't really say much to us. Just took our order, handed us the food, and that was it.
It took an hour for us to get our food (order of ceviche, queso Blanco, guacamole, and a cheese quesadilla)
The dinner rush was pretty loud, which is expected
We stay in Yreka every year on our way to (and usually from) Joshua Tree every year and were so excited to hear Casa Ramos had moved into what used to be Poor George's.... The food, service, and atmosphere were so exceptional we went there each way! The food was so great I didn't even get photos of it. The house margarita is exceptional (by Seattle standards) & the blackberry margarita is as well with some chamoy on there rim & extra lime juice - thanks for the recommendation Christy! :) We absolutely LOVED the Chicken Enchiladas, Chili Verde Tostada, and Chili Verde Enchilada and will certainly be back next year :)
I have never had a bad experience at a Casa Ramos, and this establishment was no different. The food was beyond delicious. My carnitas burrito was packed full of meat and worth every penny. The staff was very nice, polite and on top of their game. I would give more stars if I could.
Quite enjoyed our massively sized meal. The food was very good, with some minor things that took it from a 4.5 to a 4.
The ambiance was clean, the decorations were pretty standard.
Our server was very good, attentive and gave us the right amount of attention.
It was busy on a Sunday night and that was a good sign.
The strawberry lemonade was a highlight as was the apple filled churros, however I would have loved a little more apple filling.
I wouldn’t say it was inexpensive, but considering none of us could finish our meal, the portion sizes were vast.
A nice gem of a restaurant in an otherwise dilapidated town. The Tortilla soup was delicious. I would have loved to take a gallon of that home. And the chicken wrap was yummy. I would make a point to stop there during my travels in the future.
We had a large party and had great service. Very friendly and accommodating. The food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meal. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and had the fajitas. The chicken was really well seasoned. We would definitely go back.
