Casa Pellegrino Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Hollywood - 2007 N Ocean Dr, USA

I was very impressed with the 2 bedroom AND 2 bathrooms with small kitchenettes for such a nice rate! The location being so close to the beach is perfect! I only stayed 1 night, but it was pretty awesome! Everything is updated and very well maintained. Only one thing I felt was odd: some of the objects in the room, such as the vase, jars in the bathroom, they were all heavily glued to the granite counters!! Lol. Guess they had a problem with vase thefts before!

We stayed for one night. $100. Breakfast included. Large Room w/ Kitchenette!, TV, Bureau, Large Table, 2 night stands, Modern Bathroom, Quiet Air conditioner and helpful staff.

Endroit où la voiture est nécessaire car il y a des longues distances à faire en voiture pour faire ses courses, accueil désagréable arrivée à l'hôtel, les prix de la boutique du lobby sont exorbitants. Chambre non sonorisée, j'entendais les voisins regarder la TV à 5h00 du matin.Le lit tremblait la nuit quand les voitures passaient. La chambre était propre. Je recommande pas du tout

So ive heard from people there and the reviews online that this was terrible .. my room and experience was good. The room at casa pellegrino was wonderful the shower was beautiful the bed super comfy.. we had wifi and fire stick tv.. my only complaint is that you cant get the front desk on the phone you have to physically walk there which is in a diff building. But breakfast wasnt bad the juice was delicious whatever it was some mango pineapple mixture. This was a 6 day mother daughter trip with my 14 year old. She loved the bed and blankets so much it was hard to get her out of them in the morning.

Average at best. Room is “remodeled “ horrible job with the remodel ,water from shower runs all over bathroom floor. All floors are filthy, $125 “resort fee”, no pool and NO CABLE TV!!! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.Apparently some properties are better than others.

Baby roaches everywhere! The place was infested. I asked for a refund they would only put me in another building. But if you don’t spray one building you don’t spray the other twenty something buildings either. Don’t do it. So many other people were in the lobby at 10 pm complaining as well. Not just me. Beware.

When arrived March 1, I was given RM 8 at Casa Pellegrino. Wilson and Maria was very professional and very friendly and delevered exceptional guest service! They definitely get a 10/10! ||The room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and brand new. It was so quite no matter what time of day it was and only 45 second walk to the beach Broadwalk. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will book again with them. ||Shawn.

If you take notice of the reviews you will see that there is only one review besides mine in 2022. That's because the original owners sold the motel in December of 2021. That's when it received great reviews. It is now owned by a corporation that owns several motels in the area. I arrived at 10 pm after long flight and couldn't find the check in. A security guard happened to see us and walked us a block away to the check in at a different motel lobby as previous review stated. The first thing I saw were undesirable people loitering around and the smell of weed in the air. I went in to check in and their system was down and they asked us to be patient and wait. After almost an hour I told them I was leaving to find another hotel. I had a two night stay so I said I would be back the following day to check in and straighten out the first night. Came back next day and they allowed early check in. This was kicker number two. They said there was a $25 resort fee. Really?? It's a cheap motel. I paid it and checked in. Room was fairly nice and clean. No complaints. Beach 3 minutes away. Stayed the night and checked out and they charged me for the night I didn't stay also. Tried to correct it and they told me to call Expedia. Bottom line this place was probably very nice it it's day. Now it caters to low income and dregs of society. I actually saw a lady at breakfast put a stack of toast in her purse. I would never travel here with children and to be honest I would stay away all together. JMO
