Casa Loma Beach Hotel (formerly The Inn at Laguna Beach) - Hotel in Laguna Beach - 211 N Coast Hwy, USA

We loved everything about the ocean view room! Seeing and hearing the waves. The impeccable staff. The wine happy hour. The yummy cookies & milk. The heated pool. The comfortable bed. The location was ideal and we can't wait to come back!

We decided to stay at the Casa Loma because we used to live in the area and were familiar with the location when it was the Inn at Laguna. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable, Bed was great. Staff very friendly. View was outstanding but we'd probably ask for one of the renovated rooms next visit. Can't beat the location. Only concern was the $35.00 per day "resort" fee, charged in the late fall.

I am embarrassed to write this review so late. We moved to Laguna Beach on Oct. 29th, 2023. We didn't even have an apt. yet so we stayed at the Inn for two weeks. We reserved a room facing PCH because we weren't on vacation and just moved from Hawaii (we hardly heard any noise from PCH). Our room had 4 large suit cases, our Maltese and dog steps so it was crowded. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel like residents not clients. The free coffee in the lobby every morning and the cookies and milk in the evening was a real treat. The coffee was great coffee too. Moving from Hawaii it was a little chilly here in the evenings so I asked for the heat to be turned up when I went to the desk in the morning. The gentleman from maintenance I believe his name was Oscar was there in 5 minutes and fixed it. All of the people from the front desk put up with me for all my requests (just needing help with things while we were looking for an apartment). They were amazing. I had packages arriving from Amazon during the 2 weeks on top of it. I even had to buy a stroller because my little one's knee cap dislocated. Oscar helped with that too. The housekeeping staff was great. They really couldn't do much in our room because it was so full. I had fresh towels every day and changed the bed. The bed and sheets were great. Now we get to the rooftop bar. We would go up there every night and watch the sunset. The bartender is a very nice man that put up with all my chattering of what we did everyday. On a few days when we didn't have any appointments we would go up at 2PM and he was there. The view is magnificent. That is something coming from someone that just moved from Hawaii that had a view of the ocean. I lived right by Diamond Head. Finally, we found an apartment. We couldn't believe it. It's across the street from the Inn one street back from PCH. We said our good-byes to everyone and the staff especially Oscar helped us with our all of our luggage and Amazon boxes as they put it into the movers truck that had our boxes we had shipped. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. We watch the reconstruction from our window and it's going to be stunning. We can't wait to join them on the rooftop again. Sincerely, Victoria R.

When this wonderful place was named “The Inn at Laguna Beach” It was fabulous. Very clean rooms, great service and they always made us feel at home. Have stayed there many times. Have not visited under new name and ownership. I can say the new name doesn’t really have a ring or is very catchy. I hope things don’t change.

We spent Saturday and Sunday, New Year's Eve. We've stayed here before. This is a great location. Lovely views. Close to the village center. Friendly staff. Easy parking. On the pricey side, but isn't everything these days?||

My friend and I had an amazing stay. It was in the perfect location with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out at the top patio. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great time staying at Casa Loma. The ocean view is sensational and the staff is very responsive and friendly. This is a great boutique style getaway destination. We highly recommend this hotel.

It's hard to imagine a better location ANYWHERE - not just in Laguna. Park your car here and walk to everything. Breathtaking, million-dollar views from all over the property. Super friendly staff and the fresh cookies & binoculars were a nice touch. The building's various levels and stairs were easy to navigate after a few minutes. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only possible complaints were that our A/C unit was fairly loud and the shower head was too low to comfortably wash my head at 6+ feet - BUT any reasonable person would easily overlook these things in the name of enjoying the incredible overall experience here. Casa Loma is worth a stay at any cost.
