Rude attendee, pricey for the area, only 1 car per room and CASH DEPOSIT only...We left before getting our room and refund on my card. Don't waste your time or money for unsatisfied owners.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!! -the lady in the front was very rude and made some racial remakes. IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PLEASE DONT COME HERE. .

Positive: The room was clean and bright and worked well for booking an immediately needed safe and clean motel room when we got stuck at LAX at midnight. It was less than $--- and worth it, given our situation. Negative: The neighborhood is devoid of restaurants or services, except gas stations. Works great to spend the night and go back to the airport in the morning. Negative: ""

Positive: Location. I wanted to get a cheap hotel near the airport my last night in LA. They had a smoking room (weed) as an option. Parking lot is private Negative: $60 cash room deposit. They don't take credit cards for the deposit. Room is for a short-stay. Very small. Outdated linen. Full size bed. Negative: ""

It saddens me to write this review, however the way my love and I were treated by the lady working at the check-In window was disgusting. Her demeanor and attitude was very off-putting. Usually when we book rooms through Expedia the stipulations will state weather a deposit is required or if payment is needed for on-site parking. Their listing did not however they have a $50 deposit requirement posted on their window. Paying the deposit was not the issue, however when it was mentioned that this is something that should be posted on their listing. The lady got extremely rude and told us it doesn't matter, since we are from la we should know this, we should have called in advance. Well what about others that are not from la I thought.... She then got very belligerent and said some other things. I said please mam, you are in a customer service position and customer centricity should be your focus due to the fact that customers write reviews based on the way they are treated and their experience at your establishment which affects your money. We then told her we would pay the deposit and she refused to accept it due to her not wanting to take the chance on receiving a bad review and she cancelled our reservation. IF YOU APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THAT HERE!

So we stayed here last week for an early flight from LAX the next day. I knew we were going to arrive late and have to leave early, so I didn’t want to spend much. But it was OK. The room was a little run down, but it was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Ample parking and felt safe. So at the end of the day getting a bed within minutes of the airport for less than $60 was a bonus. Would I stay again? Probably if I just wanted a few hours sleep in a clean bed. But not if I wanted anything more.
