Carter's Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Bryan - 3105 S Texas Ave #700, USA

Came here for the first time with my family. We ordered the Carter cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, Texan burger, grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries, seasoned fries, and onion rings. They were all flavorful with all the veggies. The burger patties are almost like a smashed patty, but slightly burnt to where there is some texture. The fries are very delicious although I'd like to see them cooked a little longer for the crispiness. They even had a large Blue Bell ice cream section for desserts, but we were too stuffed to have any. We will definitely be back because they have so many other choices. Overall, decent price for the large portions. You order at the front and they deliver your order to your table. The fountain drinks are free refills. Staff are very friendly and fast. The parking lot is very small, but there are larger parking lots not too far from them. I don't recall seeing a restroom. They have a lot of tables to dine at.

I was so worried that the food wouldn’t be as great as I remember but thank God it was awesome! I was taken all the way back to the best days of my childhood and the food made me remember great days. The service was wonderful and put me at ease! I’ll be coming back for another burger soon!

Nice little burger place. Burgers are pretty good. Staff were nice but they restaurant kept running out of everything. First they had no fries, then said that they had no sweet potato fries but they made up for it which was nice. The ice cream Sunday is HUGE! Great for sharing. Everything here is pretty good but just felt like everything was very rushed and panicked about running out of ingredients.

The food and service is always good, but the last few times I've come my order has been very wrong. The burger always comes out with different toppings than I asked for. It's still good, but just not what I ordered.

Very solid choice for burger and fries (and Blue Bell for desert!) Always good, always friendly service and always clean. They have a sign in the seating area that says they clean with bleach every day ending in 'y'. As a bit of a clean freak and someone that has had food poisoning a few times...I really appreciate that!

Burgers are everywhere. With so many fast food restaurants selling burgers, most of the American population is within minutes of a dining establishment that sells burgers. They are the all- American food and another thing I like about burgers is that they are one of the few foods that everyone in my family can agree to eat when we dine out. These facts were enough to convince me to try Carter’s Burger in Bryan, Texas. Carter’s Burger ha an ordinary interior with more seating than expected. You walk in, go to the front counter, order and pay for your food, then select a table and wait for one of the staff to bring your food to you. The total time from order to serving isn’t long at all and the iced tea is self- serve. There is no booze served here, but that is okay- we all need a break every now and then. For food, Carter’s Burger specializes in burgers, but they also sell other assorted sandwiches, dinners, sides, etc. I recommend going for a burger, as they are juicy and delicious without being over the top. The toppings are kept to a simple selection and they are just right. You can order different sides, but I recommend the sweet potato fries. They are better than the regular fries and really add to the meal. And the prices are really low- about the same as that of a fast food restaurant but much, much better. I like most any type of food, but burgers are so commonplace that I end up selecting them for my meal more than any other food option. Fast food is good for the quick service, but Carter’s Burger is much tastier and it is difficult to beat the price. It is easily worth going out of your way to dine here and it’s close to College Station. Make the effort to try Carter’s Burger- you won’t be disappointed.

Carters has always been my go to for a good burger. I went last Sunday (08/27/2023) and my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. I started to get sick on Sunday night and had terrible bowel movements. I first thought it was just a stomach virus, but my girlfriend mentioned that it tasted a little off which I agreed with. If I were you I would never go back ever again. This is a very disappointing occurrence because Carters was my favorite. Great service, but the food was fishy. Order: Carter Burger with fried okra and a dr pepper/ toppings: lettuce, mayo, cheese Cowboy burger with tater tots and a sprite.

I love Carter burger. And Kira is one of the sweetest workers there ! My last few times have been a little off. Not by customer service at all. But I think the kitchen staff might be lacking. Tonight I found hair in my food. A big long darker colored hair. I pulled out of my chicken sandwich. The last time I came I asked for no mustard. You could see the bun that they put it on and then wiped it off. I absolutely hate mustard and hate complaining so I continued to eat it. I won’t quit coming. But I am upset and grossed out by the hair
