It is an OK community overall. We lived here for 7 years, and it was much, much nicer when we moved in. The property has gotten sold multiple times, and it has gotten significantly worse with every change of hands. That's exactly what you'd expect too, as every new owner tries to cut costs further and raise rent, even as the place keeps getting older and needs more work. The apartment itself was great for us. Good layout, spacious, well designed. The last straw for us was when they hacked down dozens of beautiful, mature trees all around the community, with zero communication or explanation. One day they were there, next day they were all gone. That was the biggest reason we stayed as long as we did because all other things aside, the trees around the building and the community made it a beautiful place all 4 seasons of the year, like no other in the area. There were several other things that come with cost cutting that we were essentially looking past for a long time, because the trees were enough to keep us there. However, them being gone coupled with rent that kept on increasing with no added value whatsoever, it was becoming an increasingly worse deal every month. I won't comment about the office staff because the way I see it, they are doing a job. If the value proposition of the place is inherently bad, there's not much they can do beyond a point to compensate for that. And having to be the face of that type of a deal is not easy. Overall, we had a great experience living here for as long as we did. But if you're moving in today, I highly doubt yours will be anywhere as good.

I've lived here for almost 10 years now and it started off great. The communication with the front office was amazing and they would reach out and plan things. They have been sold management companies or changed so many times though and each one has been getting worse. With the most recent take over though its been the worse by far. Recent changes to the leases such as no longer being able to dry cloths on patios. Cutting down a lot of the great trees that made it look amazing. They havent cleared the walking paths all year, over grown grass all over the place on it and on the sides. So you cant use it to walk your dogs anymore. No more fun activities or food trucks. They sucked the life out of this place.

I was first interested in this place because I had read some good things about the Bell Partners, which is the property mgmt firm. I’ve only been here a month, but I I’ve been a longtime renter at other places which weren’t so great. Anyways, I’m impressed with these apartments, and maintenance and mgmt have been quick to respond to concerns and fix-it requests. So yeah, I’m glad I came here

Recently just transferred my lease and couldn’t be happier. Joe and Lucas have been so patient and wonderful to me! From showing me all around the property to a seamless move in day. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and has a great layout. The amenities are great and they are continually making improvements to the property. Plenty of parking and extremely well lit at night. So thrilled to be here and at this location — couldn’t recommend enough!

I relocated from New Jersey in September and my place to live was not Morrisville. My son had a job interview and we saw 3 apartments in different locations in Morrisville. But, Carrington felt like him. My son and I have adjusted so well to our new how. I have spoke so highly of Carrington Park my daughter is thinking of relocating here. Thank you for making me feel so good.

Overall a good complex, but my experience with bugs have been terrible. Daily there are roly poly bugs on my floor, I’ve seen a handful of cockroaches in my apartment/in the halls, & this morning there was a spider as big as my hand. They have had pest control come out, I have still seen bugs after this, but I have asked on numerous occasions to check for cracks in doors and nothing has happened. I can’t imagine this is normal, especially after pest control. The location is really convenient and the apartment is cute but at this point I’m terrified wherever I look there is going to be a huge bug. Update: I have seen 3 giant cockroaches in the span of a week, not including the ones I haven’t seen in my apartment. One was in my bedroom and another I watched crawl out of a vent and fall onto my stove. I can’t sleep peacefully here, and management has not done anything, other than coming out MONTHS ago.

I had the pleasure of touring with Joe, at Carrington of Perimeter Park apartments, and I must say, he was absolutely outstanding. He effortlessly guided me through the leasing process, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed promptly. Not only did Joe possess an extensive knowledge of the property and it he surrounding area, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. He went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment that matched my requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations along the way. He’s a true asset to the property. I look forward to moving in and getting settled in my new home.

Rough start to my stay at Carrington - water damage & fixes preventing me from setting up my bedroom. Zhasinese, Joe, & Lucas have been helpful in addressing concerns. Maintenance team is very responsive.
