I’m always hesitant booking online only going by pictures. I can say the pictures did not do this place justice. It’s absolutely beautiful!!!! The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Beautiful southern hospitality at its finest. The ladies who made breakfast were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Well worth the money.

I cannot think of a better way to describe this hotel than charming. It really gives good bnb vibes. The people that work there are great and go the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I wish we would have stayed for more than one night. They have a nice hangout area downstairs, which was a great area to spend time before our room was ready. We stayed there while we went to the masters, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy their catered breakfast in the morning. But, we got to eat fresh out of the oven cookies right when we got there. The location was great for a quick commute to Augusta. There is no mini fridge, so keep that in mind if you go out to eat and get a doggy bag. We brought a cooler and just filled it with ice from the ice machine.

Excellent customer service ! We had an outstanding time . Extra thank you and praise to the lady who made us delicious breakfast each morning ( I didn’t get her name ) and the lady who worked in the office in the evening , I believe her name was Dedra, were superb . Your helpfulness and thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. Your cookies were my granddaughter’s favorite and thank you for making her feel special.

Location was amazing. Ambiance lovely. The beds kind of feltike air mattresses they were so floppy. But Id still visit again I think.

I don't normally write reviews but felt it was important to tell our story. This place was not at all what we expected. When we called people seemed nice and told me for my birthday they would make it extra nice and when I asked for a king bed was told they would give us one of their nicest rooms. When we arrived the two people were less than hospitable to say the least, actually unfriendly and snippy. NO WARM WELCOME HERE! Sitting area in main house musty, old furniture and dusty. | Nothing was mentioned about my birthday nor did they make it special. Fountain (as pictured) wasn't running, fireplace was not used. Room was freezing and when asked about it was dismissed saying remote worked both air conditioners (not true not interested in helping). Bedding was terrible including the pillows. There was no warm welcome and no cookies when we arrived. The room smelled musty. We stayed one night and couldn't wait to get out of this place. Staying for their breakfast was out of the question. Waste of money and not such a special birthday for me. I think what bothered us the most was the lack of hospitality or warmth when we arrived.

At check-in the staff treated us unkindly. she gave us our key, and told us breakfast hours, no welcome greeting, no smile. This is an overpriced B&B. our room had a jacuzzi tub with a shower head, no grab bars available, very dangerous situation, my husband almost fell. we should have asked to switch rooms.|The breakfast was very mediocre, not worth it. Upon our departure No one in office said thank you. hope you had a nice stay. so unfriendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Carriage House Inn. The king suite was nicely decorated in lovely, calming colors; it felt very homey and welcoming! The service staff was so friendly and helped with everything we asked for. A special "thank you" to Angie who was especially friendly and helpful. Her banana nut muffins were DELICIOUS! Thank you to all of you!

My friend and I arrived for a 2 night stay to attend the Steeplechase. I think the employees are very helpful and nice. We met several other guests who have attended for several years and always stay here. I think the Inn is lovely, charming and welcoming. Our room was 3 story building behind the original structure, there is an elevator!| Our premium 2 queen bed room was just fine although without a fridge. The best part is the multiple seating areas provided outside the rooms where you can just relax.
