Amazing! What else can I say? Jerry and Claudine were great hosts, breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful. I really liked the little things that Jerry and Claudine did to make us feel at home. The fresh baked homemade cookies were a treat and the Terry cloth bathrobes were a nice added feature. This B & B is in a very nice little lake shore community and the home was only a short walk to an historic lighthouse. In addition, it was only about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area near the boat docks and restaurants. We had a very nice meal at Captain Jacks which was in that area. I highly recommend staying at the Carriage House. We are planning to return later this summer for our anniversary.

Wow! Fantastic BnB steps from the lighthouse and a 5 minute walk to eateries and ice cream. Hosts are kind and accommodating. The rooms are stylish and clean. And free chocolate chip cookies!

My wife and I stayed here while we were doing our New England road trip. Sodus Point is a nice little town that's next to Lake Ontario and a bay. The location of Carriage House is perfect if you want to walk to the Light House or into the town. Let me start by saying that the people that own Carriage House are two very nice and friendly people. Check in was easy and the room we got had all the amenities that we were looking for. The room we had had it's own bathroom and a very nice sitting room that was good to read in. The room even had a little mini fridge. Overall, the room was great for a bed and breakfast. One of the best parts of staying at the Carriage House is the fresh breakfast that is served in the morning. We were able to sit at nice table and meet the other couples that were staying at Carriage House while we ate breakfast. The breakfast consisted of fruits, a biscuit and a very nice egg dish. The breakfast was very good and is one of the many highlights of staying at the Carriage House Inn. Overall, if you are in the area and looking for a very nice, affordable place to stay, stay at the Carriage House Inn.

We had a wonderful time at the carriage house! The rooms were spacious and clean. Jerry and Claudine made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, we can't wait to try the french toast recipe at home! Our favorite part was the bottomless tray of homemade cookies ♥️ The bnb is walking distance from restaurants and the lighthouse. We can't wait to come back!

This was my first time ever at a Bed & Breakfast. It was a wonderful experience staying at this beautifully decorated Victorian home. Jerry and Claudine were awesome hosts. The 4 course breakfast, was oh my goodness amazing! It was just overnight, but I wish I could have stayed longer. I can't wait to perhaps stay again and bring my sister. She would love it! Thanks again to not only Jerry and Claudine for their hospitality, but also our good friend Kim Lucianovic for the invite.

Even just for a night this was so much fun. Jerry and Claudine took such great care of us. The rooms were spectacularly clean, the breakfast was amazing (featuring 4 courses) and the tagline “feels just like home” is an understatement. It truly is such a nice hospitable place to be. 100% recommend!

The owners were fantastic and the room was perfect and just beautiful. Nice warm cookies in the afternoon awaited us after our trip to tge wonderful light house right up the street. . We arrived early and they were able to let us check in. Breakfast was amazing and met several other very friendly guests.

We were driving along the NY coastline of Lake Ontario & drove into Sodus Point, a cute little harbor & village with a historic lighthouse. We passed the Carriage House B&B & since it was late afternoon we thought it might be a nice place to stay. I checked reviews & called the number & they had a room available (it was mid-week). Our hosts were so welcoming & gave us a wonderful room with a comfy sitting area! The chocolate chip cookies & Keurig coffeemaker were available downstairs anytime. We had a delicious breakfast after a restful night of sleep! The Inn is a historic old Victorian house well appointed with antiques & original features. Such a fun, unexpected find!
