They say the era of the mall is over and while I do understand malls are losing popularity for a variety of reasons, it is not a universal experience. I lived in Birmingham for work last year and they have several malls that are absolutely thriving. Why? HEAVY POLICE AND SECURITY PRESENCE. It’s really not rocket science but for whatever reason, anything that Memphis touches just can’t get it right. So at Carriage crossing, which was once thriving and filled with great shopping and food, there are just as many “City Gear” type stores as there are empty store fronts. We went on a Tuesday afternoon around lunch time and it felt like an old western where you see the tumbleweeds float by. Absolute ghost town. On the occasion a car did pass by us as we walked around, it absolutely reeked of weed. While we were in bath and body works, I overheard two of the employees contemplating if they should call security over someone who had just shop lifted. So sad. This is why we can’t have nice things!
Great place but not too many brands. They carry few materials from different brands. It would be great if they can increase their inventory.
I went to Fridas' Mexican restaurant for a bday celebration. The food and service were truly amazing. If you're having an intimate date or a family outing, they've got you covered..
I went shopping at Bed, Bath and Body Works, Barnes and Nobel and Claire’s. All of the employees I interacted with were not only helpful but had a most pleasant demeanor.
It is an outdoor mall with many shops. You find Macy’s, Dillard’s, loft, American eagle, H&M, Claire, old navy, etc. There are many restaurants too if you want to spend a lot of time in the mall. All stores have good collection and none of them are overcrowded which makes me want to go there a lot. Easy to walk around and get lost, so keep your phone with you always. It’s really really big and you might not like it if you don’t like walking. The only thing that is missing in this place is children play area and entertainment centre. They should do something about children pay area so that people with kids can come too.
Honestly. This is the worst designed mall... Like I have to walk a mile through a PARKING LOT to get to any store. 🤦♀️ Not only is it dangerous for shoppers but also annoying for cars to get through. Great restaurants and some good shopping like HM or Barnes and noble. But. Seriously. I don't want to be walking through a parking lot in the elements to get from one store to the other.
I always feel safe while shopping the Germantown, Collierville and Sheriff's dept are very visible
Quiet and comfortable. Easy to walk around and shop. Has great restaurants and great stores.

Beautiful place to walk, although not too big, beautiful scenery! Came by here yesterday; was hot, but was worth the walk! Nice place to come by before going home.
Great hiking trail that is in Johnson Park. The first .6 it so miles is a board walk. Your on a nature trail, so you will see various trees, flowers, wild life, and usually several other people ( some with a dog). It has many options to take longe
Fuji Cafe offers great service and great Japanese food. I had the best tempura outside Japan. Tempura was light and not heavy. Seafood nabeyaki udon was delicious. Tasty broth and chewy udon with plenty of seafood. Steak teriyaki is tender. We de
A small, clean donut shop with a large variety of donuts and other snacks. The lady behind the counter was very nice. I tried the base glaze donut which was light and fluffy. I could've eaten a dozen of those they were so good. All of the other item
Small pizza place in Collierville. We want to try something other than a chain pizza place and we decided to try this place based on the reviews. WOW! We were NOT disappointed. The extra wait to get the food was completely worth it. Our kids said it
We pretty much always find what weâre looking for at Hobby lobby. And the staff is so helpful. It sales are great too. And we love their wrapping paper for Christmas.
Great selection of boots! I went with my wife to buy her a pair of boots and somehow also bought myself a pair. Customer service on both men and women side was outstanding.
It's like a cozy neighborhood coffee shop with a fall-inspired decor, offering a more relaxed atmosphere that's different from the busy Starbucks. They serve coffee from J. Books Coffee Roasters, a local Memphis roasting company, and their coffee is
