Carre - Hogle Park - Park in Racine - 1699 Main St, USA

This is a great place to reflect and meditate. I also got to see the critter that lives on the trail! He/she was looking for snacks in the parking lot.

Great park to take photos of sunrises and sunsets. Easily located at the south end of Main St. in Racine. The easiest way to get there is to go east on 16th Ave… until it ends at Lake Michigan…. then turn right and go to the bottom of the hill.

Nice quiet park! Beautiful view I take the dogs there all the time & I love it!!

Beach was incredibly small and after 17 years in Wisconsin...I've never had a tick until I went on this beach!!! We will not be returning ever!!!

Beach is quite small, but LOTS of beach glass! ❤❤❤ Beach is not handicap friendly. No restrooms.

We park our boat in the cove which has excellent swimming and is near Carre-Hogle park. This park is an excellent place for families to enjoy the lake even without a boat or jet ski. It's a quiet and underused gem that if you have a chance you should visit . . . Don't forget to read the plaque for how it got it's name!

I miss it when nobody knew it existed. Now it's full of really rude and obnoxious people who just want to walk their dogs and not have to clean up the mess. The view is great, though.
