Carraway Village - Apartment complex in Chapel Hill - 600 Carraway Crossing, USA

I’ve only just recently moved in but the level of care and assistance I’ve received from the office staff has been outstanding! The person I worked with for my move specifically was Jordan and he was incredibly helpful! Not only was he patient with all of my questions and took the time to show me each unit I was interested in, but he never delayed in any of our communications via email. Even after move-in, he continued to answer all of my questions promptly and ensure that everything was ready for my move in a professional and polite manner. Carraway itself is a wonderful looking community from the outside with a lot of amenities to offer but it’s the office staff that can make or break the experience and I’m happy to say everyone here has been amenable. I also really appreciate how everything I was told during my experience was honored after my move-in, as I’ve had experiences with people who were great up-front but then completely disappeared after signing. Carraway and Jordan have made my initial experience here very welcoming and I’m excited to be a part of this community!

Living in Carraway Village is the best living experience I've had in Chapel Hill NC, by far. The facilities here are impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment to call my home for the past three years. One of the standout features of this community is the exceptional attention that the staff provides to the residents. Much appreciation goes to Danielle, Brittany, Jordan, and Jamie for planning weekly events and ensuring that our standards are being met as residents of Carraway Village. Whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or providing assistance the staff is always prompt, friendly, and very professional. I believe the maintenance staff deserves special attention as well. Many thanks go to Nate, Jose, Pablo, and Allen who are incredibly skilled and responsive in maintaining the property, as well as assisting the resident's maintenance needs. They promptly attend to any issues that arise. They work diligently to ensure that everything functions smoothly allowing me and other residents to live a worry-free life. I cannot recommend Carraway Village enough! The clean facilities, attentive staff, efficient maintenance team, and vibrant community activities make it an exceptional place to live. I have been living at Carraway Village for just over a year now and wish I had moved here sooner! Having lived in several complexes in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area since 2020, Carraway Village is by far the best complex around. The amenities are top notch and the apartments are well maintained. But what makes this complex so amazing are the people that work here! Carraway is impeccably managed by Jaime and everyone in the leasing office (Danielle, Brittany, Jordan). In addition, the maintenance staff are so nice and super accessible (Nathaniel, Alan). Also, shout out to Allison, our on-site barista who makes drinks that puts Starbucks to shame! Move here and love where you live!

Recently helped move our son here for grad school from out of state. 5 stars all the way!! Danielle was an invaluable help-- from our very first visit to the move in months later. She has been awesome-- so helpful, informative and such a great representative for Carraway. Between the move (where we were in town for a few days) plus a recent visit, along with keeping in touch with him, we have been impressed with the facilities, amenities, cleanliness of buildings and grounds and maintenance.This was all new to us doing it from out of state, but Danielle was always very prompt and helpful with replies and made the process smooth and easy. The property is gorgeous and relaxing, very well kept, has great events for residents, nice workout facilities..he is very happy there so far.Thanks so much!!

I've lived in several apartment complexes in NC and I have to say that this one is the best hands down. Not only are the apartments spacious and well priced but the community is what really makes this place great to live in. The amenities are the best - large pool, lap pool, hot tub, spa, pool tables, ping pong table, private offices for business/school work, a cafe with FREE coffee, and several common spaces to hang out in. The staff here is spectacular! The leasing office is always available, even on the weekends, and is willing to listen to feedback and answer questions. Danielle, Brittany, Jordan and Jaime are the best! Maintenance has been great as well - always quick to respond. Nathanial has handled most of my requests and he is able to fix any issue that comes up. I got locked out once (after hours) and he showed up 5-10 mins after I called to let me in. The cafe is a new extra perk that just opened. The barista Allison is awesome and makes the best coffee. Did I say that the coffee is free!! I would highly recommend stopping by to check this place out. I bet with one visit you will be moving in too! Best decision I have made.

Moving is hard. It’s been 20 years since I’ve lived in an apartment & thought it might be difficult but Carraway Village is wonderful & we felt right at home right away. Everything is easily accessible, there are great amenities & somehow we still feel we have plenty of privacy. Danielle made the entire process so easy & pleasant. Thank you Danielle!

I can’t say enough great things about living at Carraway Village. The whole team is great, and Jordan was so helpful throughout our move-in process. Our apartment is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing, and we can’t picture living anywhere else.

Carraway was my first Time living on my own and was definitely a really good experience. From my first tour with Jamie at the apartment complex she was so insightful, nice, and helpful and it was very helpful considering I had a few days to move. They always were really good about maintenance request and getting them done timely. It’s a very nice and quiet community that’s very inviting. Also Danielle and brittney in the office are super kind people who were always willing to help me with any question or concern I had. I’d recommend anyone to live here in the chapel hill area. Between the amenities and apartment itself It is second to none.
