Carquinez Inn - Featured Reviews (60)
I stayed at the Carquinez Inn for two nights and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The balcony was a nice touch, and the wifi was reliable. The hotel also has a garden and a terrace, which are great for relaxing. The location is convenient, close to the Carquinez Strait and the Mare Island Naval Shipyard. The price was very reasonable for the value. The only downside was the noise from the nearby road, which could be bothersome at night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Carquinez Inn and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent and affordable place to stay in Vallejo.
the carquinez inn is definitely a "budget" motel. but in my opinion, it is most definitely the top/cleanest budget hotel that I have seen in all of Vallejo.
This is a one stop bring your own bedding or sleeping bag one night only place to stay. Rooms are big but empty and cold. No carpet but great outdoor area for your pet all fenced in.
Understand that you get what you pay for. For the price it is a good place. They do a $100 hold on your credit card and inspect the rooms for damages before you leave. More of an extended stay location, does have washer dryers on site. Location is very convenient, right off the exit, parking is gated. Kitchenettes are different in each room. Ours did have additional counter space, mini fridge and microwave.
Ive been here for 2 weeks and I haven't had any problems since my first day here. My first day they put me in one room. I walked in open the frigerator and there was cockroaches in there. so they put me in the front building that they just renovated. And its not bad.Yes you get what you pay for. But after I pretty much disinfected the entire room.I haven't had any problems at all.the staff has been very nice.the guy in the front desk on my first day. I had a mini fridge.he ended up putting a full size frigerator and freezer in the room for me instead.which is awesome.. I usually don't stay at low in hotels / motels but me and my husband and seven-year-old are homeless at the moment and we needed somewhere cheap and affordable until we can get into our own place.
Pros: Get what you pay for. Nice garden & nice looking building. The patios are enjoyable too. Cons: Uncomfortable beds and the pillows are lumpy. After I took a shower I wiped the floor with a towel and it came up dirty. Staff wasn’t that polite when I left. I had to say thank you first. When I handed in the key the guy just said, “you’re good to go.”
I don’t want to even give this one star. Place was disgusting. I didn’t want to even sit on the bed or use the bathroom. Ended up leaving shortly after checking in to sleep in my car elsewhere. Would want to leave my car unattended all night at this place. Dirty, old sheets, just really bad. Do not waste money staying here. It’s hell.
There was roaches and we came across a mouse and instead of them dealing with it they handed me mouse traps (the sticky kind) and we cought it and had to despose of it.the room was a little dirty. The manger was short tempers and if your someone going thorugh money troubls i wouldnt suggest this hotel due to the managers temper. Id give it a zero stars if i could.

Lucky to have a real aquarium store in our area! The guys here are knowledgeable about fresh and saltwater fish. very polite , good service & always helpful. Whatever you need for your tank , they have.
Great new owners, new menu and yummy food! This is a go-to for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the eggs Benedict and BLT and of course the delicious coffee! great customer service, so friendly, it's clean, and a great atmosphere here definitely
Overall, a fun and intense roller coaster. A seemingly endless first drop of 150 ft and big inversions at the start make you feel like you're upside down forever. The drop after the mid course brakes will catch you off guard as it aggressively whips
Love this place and all the amazing unique personalities who work here. Tons of cool stuff to peek around at. Go on a Saturday during the farmers market to get the full experience. There is nothing like getting some fresh produce, listening to the
Went in last minute around closing time. Good beer selection. Me and my son played shuffle ball, Foosball, and pinball. They also have corn hole. Beertender was polite and on it.
