If you're really hungry this is the place for you. Friendly service and the vegetable omlet was great. The half size has 3 eggs, not sure too many people could finish the full size version. Good pancakes (not great, but good).

I'm so glad my sister found this restaurant! The best breakfast food I've ever had! The portions were insanely large so half portions are available and I would definitely recommend them over full size to limit food waste. We're not from around here but I saw so many locals there so you know it's good. Great friendly service and nice family atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

This is a diner style cafe. We've been here before 3 years ago and then again just this morning. It's still as good today as it was 3 years ago. I gave 4 stars in the atmosphere because, well, it really has a diner style feel to it. It's not a bad thing. The servers are attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We had the cinnamon roll to start, which is as big as the dinner plate it's served on, see pics. My wife had the #1 breakfast sandwich, which is a fair amount of nice carved style sliced ham fried eggs and cheese on a nice big fluffy croissant. She liked it. I had the Carol's corner hash, half portion, with country gravy and I ate only half of that and was stuffed. She had coffee and I had a large orange juice. The orange juice tasted good and did not taste canned. I was happy with it, a lot of orange juice taste like the concentrated came from. We'll be back. It's a 40 min drive for us coming from Longview so we plan it while coming to Vancouver for other business. It's easy to get there taking exit 32 off of I -205 on Padden Parkway . The bill was $46.49 total after taxes. Not cheap but worth it every now and then. The bill costs (see pics) are as follows: C. C. Hash Scrambled eggs #1 C. C. Good, down-to-earth food. Nothing I've had here has been bad...as long as I ask for crispy bacon! 😄. Usually really big portions but I have to say last time I went there they were MUCH smaller than what I've got in the past. Personally recommend you at least try something here though, the omelets are very good...ask for the homemade corned beef and hash omelet(not on the menu)

Carol's Corner Cafe had been one of my go to breakfast places until I moved away from the area 7 years ago. Now, being back for a visit, I had to go back for breakfast and they didn't disappoint. The food was just like I remembered it, good and plenty of it. The staff are always friendly, and like I said, you get plenty of food, you will never leave hungry, trust me.

Ok people this place is no joke. It has some great home cooking and you will never find larger portions. So if u are hungry this is the place trust me. The only real issue is two things it could stand to be a little cleaner and the furniture is a little run down but don't let that discourage you the food and portions is well worth it.

I don’t know if maybe someone who has never had breakfast before, or isnt quite sure what food is, prepared the “omelette” i got here today but it was literally a solid mass of rock hard bacon inside a thin skin of egg. It wasn’t just wildly bizarre, or gross, but literally inedible. I remembered this place being great in the past…

This was our first trip to Carol’s, and we will definitely be coming back. I didn’t slow down long enough but to take a picture of the gargantuan cinnamon roll we ordered—it’s no joke, you will need help eating this! Service was also very sweet and personable—we sat at the bar, so we were very well taken care of. Thank you!!
