Caroline House Nashville Historic Inn - Bed & breakfast in Nashville - 906 Bradford Ave, USA

My family visited Nashville in August for Belmont Move-In Days. We stayed at Caroline House Nashville Historic Inn which is a wonderful property near 12th Avenue South and Belmont. We made frequent trips to both locations in under 10 minutes with minimal traffic. Also, drove to Target in Belle Meade and Container Store in Green Hills in about 15 minutes. So, logistics were smooth. The property was clean, well decorated, and well maintained. The landscaping was very nice and welcoming. The front porch was a great place to sit, sip a cold beverage, and unwind after a long day. The beds slept well. I really only have good things to say. Also, the owners were very willing to make a few special accommodations for us to help make our family trip and dorm move-in smoother. In fact, we are returning for parents weekend in September. So, save a late night chair on the porch for us.

We truly enjoyed the Carolina House first starting with our greeting from Teresa. The neighborhood is fantastic - walking distance to so many good restaurants and stores. The rooms are nice - clean and cozy. And of course, the soaps smell so wonderful. The back patio was a wonderful relaxing space after a long day playing in Nashville.

First time in Nashville and Michael was the perfect host! (we did not meet Ashley while we stayed) Gorgeous home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Caroline house was decorated beautifully, clean and very spacious. The bedrooms are a good size all with private baths. Very comfortable beds and linens. Sat outside on the front porch on a beautiful sunny day and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Our breakfast vouchers were within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to Broadway St (where all the bars and musicians are) around $8-$12 per couple one way. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Caroline’s House next time we visit Nashville.

Amazing inn! Perfect in every way! The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome immediately. The house is immaculate and perfectly appointed, yet cozy and inviting. The beds, linens and towels were of superior quality. We really enjoyed the walking distance to four different breakfast spots. We found that we actually preferred supporting the local small businesses for breakfast - and the food was yummy! It was lovely to be off Broadway in a quiet neighborhood near Belmont University. We left our car parked most of the time and hired a Lyft to take us to Broadway, the Listening Room, the Grand Ole Opry and Live Oak. Also a Lyft to dinner at Husk and Adele's. So many choices nearby for food and entertainment - a terrific location. I don't often write reviews but Caroline House is an exception due to it being exceptional!

Beautifully restored, lovely, historic home. Very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants & eclectic shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Caroline House. The host was super personable and offered good recommendations for restaurants, bars, etc. A great way to visit Nashville.

From the moment we walked in, we were delighted with how beautiful and comfortable the Caroline House presented. Michael kindly greeted us and shared all the important details we needed for our stay. We also met Desti and she was a delightful furry hostess. She was a joy to be around.|Our room was on the second floor. We loved our room as it was the perfect size for our needs. The room and, all the house, was spotless. Our bed was very comfortable and not too soft. The linens high-quality. The attached bathroom had the original claw-foot tub. It was beautiful and, again, spotless.|Throughout our stay, we had some downtime and felt very comfortable using the living area. It was perfect to relax and visit with other guests. |The house is located in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the 12 South shopping area. We are not big Uber users, but it was very easy to grab an Uber for a short ride to the popular spots downtown.|Last, the breakfast program to eat at local restaurants is unique but perfect. It supports local businesses, and allowed us the opportunity to venture out to get to know the 12 South neighborhood. We loved it. |We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back.

This is a beautiful house that is very well maintained and loved. The host Michael was accommodating at every level. Breakfast is unique as you are given a voucher card for breakfast at a delicious local restaurant. Normally it is for one entree and one drink. The house is on a beautiful quiet street near Hattie B’s and other restaurants. It’s right off the freeway for easy trips to downtown as well. FYI. Because this is a very old house, the locks to rooms are no longer used as the original skeleton keys would be hard to replace. The house has security cameras both in and outside as well as an easy touch pad lock to come and go out the front door. We would stay here again for sure.

Our stay at Caroline House was lovely! Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the beautifully restored historic home. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the location, which made it easy to walk to dinner one night. We plan to return in the future!
