By far the rudest place ever. Lied to us and said we had a full warranty. The service tech said that we were sitting incorrectly in the recliner. Customer service said that we do not take care of our property. Reading other reviews, you can see that is their response, always the customers fault. We take care of our property, and everyone who has been at our house knows this as you can see in the photos. You can, also, see that the back needs to be replaced after about 6 months. The rest of the couch is holding up.

We didn't buy one of these. We bought two. We love them. The staff is great and so is their large selection. Where you like nice things is a great slogan because they have nice things.

Huge selection of furniture and prices on clearance items are a bargain. Only going with four stars because the sales person, although very pleasant, was always right over our shoulder. Sales tactic was to claim every piece we thought was possibly a good fit for us, coincidentally was the exact piece they thought about getting for their home.

We can’t say enough about the courtesy, service and quality of the furniture we have purchased from Carol House Furniture! We have made 3 major purchases in the last year or so. We have worked with Glenn as our salesperson each time. Glenn is the definition of “Customer Service “ and so is Carol House Furniture! Their furniture is high quality and they stand behind their products. Any small issues we have had, Glenn has resolved them quickly and professionally! Their delivery service is A+++. We have had great service all around from Glenn to the Office and Service Departments to the delivery service. We won’t shop for Furniture any place else anymore! Thank you Carol House and Glenn!

You would think that for the price it would be higher quality furniture. But as stated by even their own sales people, most (if not all) of their product is made overseas. We had issues with our tables finish after a few weeks and finally realized it's just cheap veneer, not hardwood like the salesman stated. Will never shop here again. I've seen better furniture at Ashley.

Very friendly, nice and professional sales people. They carry Flexsteel which is awesome. Will do business there again.

We order,bedroom,kitchen,family room, dinning. Multiple picece for each room. EVERYTHING WAS DAMAGED once delivered to my our home our. We even had items that were dirty. Did the in home design,almost had to beg for our plan. Went and added some more items,waited in store for 30 minutes for the sale lady to help. Now, I will say she was also helping another customer. We told her the items we wanted and exchanged contact info. She didn't call us back,so we went to BOB'S and got a great deal on an adjustable base. Called the sales lady who did not call us and told her to order only certain items. She ordered the wrong size comforter,it took us a few months to notice. We didn't open it because we want to have everything together. Initially, we were told that one of our items would take 4-6weeks to arrive,no problem. After that, we happen to keep checking in on purchase to see when it would arrive. So when the items came to me, DAMAGED I was so upset and sad, and it's was right before Thanksgiving, which I was hosting. Called to report the problems and had no empathy,tried to blame it on the delivery guys(delivery guys were very professional),her tone was if this was an everyday thing and should be upset. New furniture just delivered, and the manager let's me know they will not chairs until December,and will come to how the furniture can be repaired. I'm hosting Thanksgiving without chairs because she said I could not keep them if they had to be switched out. We did touch our furniture, let alone use it, and it needs to BE REPAIRED This Mess has been going on from March to December. I thought this was the place to go When You Like Nice Things 😕 There is one room left to update,and 2 night stands are needed. It will be coming from Carol House. Sorry, the review is long,but buyers beware

I bought 3 pieces in 2020 and the 5 yr warranty. The fabric is disintegrating. Neither CH nor the warranty company wants to do anything to help! Jul 11 Amy, I am still waiting for someone there to make me happy. I am open to suggestions.
