Rented a large pavilion in the Little Lake Weir side, had a family /friends gathering/cookout for my birthday party (about 30 guests), everything worked out perfectly, had 4 grills available, lots of picnic tables, area was very clean, potable water faucet next to pavilion and bathrooms/showers nearby, children and some parents really enjoyed bathing at the beach, staff was very helpful and came by occasionally. Even though it was a very hot day 95F 🥵, it actually felt very good with lots of shade from large trees and nice breeze. Of course the park naturally beauty is amazing.😎
Best day I had in a while and 15 minutes from home 👍
Nice place for couples to experience. Not a big park though and not much to do here unless you got a boat to go on the lake.
My favorite place to take the kids! Awesome scenery and relaxing environment to go to the park or swim in the water
Great place for a walk, relax and recharge. Bathrooms clean and facilities well maintained (including boat ramp area)
I go walking in the park as part of my rehabilitation fro knee surgery. Never get tired of the wild life. Clean restrooms and plenty of benches to sit and rest
Very nice place to take your family I love how you can bring your own food and drinks and be able to cook on the grill they provide and very nice playground for the kids and has a boat ramp and you can go hiking or walking in the trails
I drove to the gate and turned around. No pets allowed, and of course, both Chihuahuas were with me. The entry drive is very well cared for and thoughtfully planted. I'll update my review when I visit again.

The lady who runs this is very friendly, nice, and helpful. This is a bit out of the way, but that is also a selling point. Spots are shady and the whole place is very natural. The place is generally quiet with the exception of, in our case, a period
