Best restaurant in all of Wisconsin! Friendly staff. Staff always addresses you by name. Best fish fry in the area lightly breaded and great piece of fish and veal cutlets amazing! Go check out Peg and Jane! We have moved out of the area and been gone for 20 years and they still remember our names like we never left!

First time here! Have wanted to go for years, and finally made it last Friday evening. Called Thursday and found out they don't take reservations. So we took our chances. Close to a 2 hour wait (which we were made aware of, and were ok with!) We enjoyed some yummy drinks at the bar while waiting. When we were summined for our table, I was surprised to see that 3/4 of the dining room was empty and all the empty tables had already been cleared. So I assume either we were forgotten about....or EVERYONE got done eating at the same time. Atmosphere was.....ok. Nothing about it spoke to me as "Italian" or "Supper Club" or anything of the sort. Powder blue wallpaper and light oak everywhere. Although extremely dated, everything was clean and the staff was SUPER nice and attentive. The most disappointing part was unfortunately the food. Watery, bland clam chowder, laughable "Italian Charcuterie", and although the Manicotti tasted good, each one was tiny, and the red sauce was overly sweet. I had I known they were so small (almost rigatoni sized!), I would have ordered 5 instead of 3. I may visit again, but would definitely recommend going on a night where they take reservations- as I wouldn't wait 2 hours again for the disappointing food we received. Summary: Dated decor and OK food. Service and drinks were amazing as well as the staff!

Went on a Friday night. They didn’t take reservations - first come first serve. Waited an hour and a half for a table. Had a nice variety of specialty cocktails. Food was average. Isn’t something I would drive out of my way for.

Best meal we had all trip long! Everything was great! I've been meaning to hit it up for the passed 8 years or do. And finally did! No disappointments at all! Will definitely be back on further trips! My buddy had the baked Ravioli, I had the Walleye and Fettuccine Alfredo. And the glass of Tawny Port I got was excellent!

Pros: Love the views. Great supper club atmosphere. Cons: 3 people, one total drink from bar, 3 normal entrees with wilted lettuce salads, side dish of spaghetti arriving minutes after entree served (at an Italian restaurant 🤷🏻) and we passed on dessert for $75 ...way overpriced for quality of food, which was mediocre at best

What’s the point of making a reservation??? Arrived 5 minutes early and were told by an extremely frazzled host it would be 10 minutes after our reservation time before they would have a table. Table after table were seated ahead of us. We weren’t going to let this ruin our anniversary dinner so we left and went to another local restaurant which was an amazing experience. This is rib mountain not Vegas.

This place is a hidden gem! It is slightly tucked away, but it should not be missed. My family and I were seated quickly on Saturday night. The server was professional and offered suggestions and asked questions as this was our 1st time here. The food was RICH and flavorful - everything from the appetizers to the entrees. Do yourself a favor and visit this place asap!

At the base of Granite Peak, Carmelo's was an unexpected delight. We chose it based on location but would go out of our way to return. Hostess went out of her way for us. Bartender was great... the Old Fashioned was tasty, not overpowering. Waitress was personable and patient. Food was FANTASTIC! Daughter had fettuccine alfredo and liked it so much she ate the whole plate...she NEVER does that. I had the traditional ravioli = spinach and veal. It came out as a serving of three = more than plenty. The ravioli pasta was more al dente than anticipated, but that turned out to be perfect. On top of that it was reasonably priced!
