This hidden find was great!! Priced competitive. Very roomy , very clean, and comfy. 2 room suites available. We enjoyed our stay. Office management is very nice. Call to reserve. Centrally located. She even asked what we liked for our coffee in the morning,filled our request for orange juice and water too. We will be back.
My Wife and I recently stayed at the CarltonCub Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. The Manager, Jamy, was fantastic. We highly recommend the Carlton Club Inn.!!!
Traveled to Kerrville for softball tournament. So much better than the usual hotel experience. Spacious, very clean, fully stocked, well landscaped, close-by parking, the best host ever, accommodating, and... super clean. Book here with confidence.

By far the best place that we have stayed in Kerrville. Very clean and spacious. Once you walk into courtyard very pretty and the unit looks great too. Owner has thought of everything. This will be our go to in Kerrville in future.
An amazing hidden gem, exceptionally clean, super quiet, comfortable beds, nice living area, added bonus of fully equipped kitchen and washer if needed. Service is familial without being intrusive. Highly recommended!
From the moment we arrived, Jaime made us feel like we were a guest at her home. The rooms were once apartments so there is living area, kitchen, breakfast area with separate bedroom. It was immaculately clean, lots of attention to details, very comfortable bed, great location & reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.
What a wonderful stay!! Everything was squeaky clean and the room was so nicely appointed. Location near the river front to enjoy a nice walk and scenery. Every detail perfect. The owner recommended some dinner places which was helpful. Highly recommend this place.

A great place to visit for your own spiritual journey or to take the family. It is accessible for the handicap , wide sidewalks, but very hilly. It may be difficult for older folks to walk up the hill without help. Great exercise for the rest of us.

I love this park and the trails. The river trail takes you out of the park - so if you want to walk the river, no need to buy a park pass.
