Carlette's Hideaway - Bar & grill in Yeadon - 28 1st St, USA

First time to Philadelphia! This was one of many! Went back 3 times during my stay! Everyone was so welcoming, nice crowd! The food was good! The bartenders was nice and helpful. Even watched a foot ball game one night. The dj played good music. It was a nice safe environment, I had a great time!

I enjoyed myself. I was actually shocked. The crowd between 6 and 8 PM was laid back and mature. The woman who delivered my food to my seat was polite and friendly. It took a while but no complaints. Everyone who got food was satisfied. The bartender was cute too.

For grown folks! Whenever we come to visit our Philly relatives we go to Carlette's! Good food, good drink, good music. It's a whole vibe!

Fish and chips to die for. Went tonight on my bday. Great place to get a quick quality bite and a shot discreetly in suburbia. Glad I chose to boondock my mobil home only 2 min away. And I seen some lady tonight that should be having my baby! 👶🏽 👩‍🍼 Na but for real. The food is chefs! 🐟 🥗 👨‍🍳 💋

It was the first time visiting and enjoyed it overall. The atmosphere was friendly, over-50, local, African American with a good DJ and okay food. The dinner included fried white fish, fries, and broccoli. Plus a couple of cold bottle beers. No problem with the prices; the broccoli was a favorite plus the food did arrive to me hot which was very much appreciated. The location is in the cut kinda under a bridge but directly (half block) next door is SEPTA Fernwood/Yeadon Station. It does have parking and armed security on staff. It felt very safe. Everyone seemed to have a great time plus many seemed as if they knew each other. However it was early during this stop-by, but deserves a return visit..especially good for a local Yeadon spot.

Hub an i were looking for a local spot to have a lil fun night out. Found Carlette's online read the reviews about it being secure and having good food. No regrets we had a great time! Good music, good drinks, we played a few good games of pool with folks we met there. Our fish platters, mac, and string beans were the biggest hit of night. Glad we waited until we got home to eat because we BUSTED IT ALL DOWN LOL WE WILL BE RETURNING!

Good food. Great customer service and a chill atmosphere. Pool table if you like to shoot pool and a cluster of good people and down to earth vibes.

Food is yummy 😋 Fried chicken is my favorite. Greens a bit cold. Mac and cheese, I liked, but my wife didn't.
