Clean lobby service was nice ordered breakfast burger and hash corny 90s music in lobby

This place is good. Sometimes there is homeless people around the area but they're mostly passive persons but once in a while there is weird people, has happened to me two times. There is this homeless dude that lives around the area and he's kinda crazy but I've never seen him doing real harm besides shouting nonsense. Other than that burgers are good here. Carl's Jr are my favorite burgers and they do them good in this place.

I placed an online order at 1pm, then arrived at the drive thru 5 minutes later. Over the loud yelling of the local homeless man, hurling explicit insults at me, I learned from the manager, that they did not receive my order. I showed him my app to confirm the location, time, and successful submission of the order. He instructed me to park out front and they'd bring out to me, which I did. After about 10 minutes. I enter the restaurant to ask about the order status. It hasn't been started yet, and I was told to wait for the manager. I sat down, and 20 minutes later the manager walks by and reviews my confirmation email/ order and then returns back to the kitchen and orally puts in my order to the staff. He returned shortly with my double California burger and strawberry lemonade. This all could be blamed on failing technology. But he could've tossed in a small fry or cookie as an apology, since Carl's Jr basically took my money, and told me they didn't have my order. (There isn't any refund system in place that I could tell)

Make sure you’re getting the right amount of burgers and the correct burger. They gave me Big Carls instead of the Really Big Carl. All three sandwiches were wrong and the cashier had plenty of opportunity to check my order since there was two other sandwiches missing. It was too far and too late to go back.

So this was our favorite Carl's jr restaurant, but lately, they have been going grom bad to worse the food is not like it was before and the service os also not that good either, and this Sunday was the last straw, my daugther and I went to get some burgers and she wanted a shake so I ask for one and they gave us something, we ware in a hurry so I didn't go back to return it. This was the last time we went to Carl's jr, sad to say. Hope in the future they fix whatever issues they have ...

Really great burgers meat really juicy and the onion rings are the best. Drinks are really cold restroom clean which is great awesome customer service they are really friendly

The evening shift manager was coughing all over the place without a mask I asked for my money back I don't think that's safe he should not be at work
