Carl’s Jr. - Fast food restaurant in Apple Valley - Center, 12271 Apple Valley Rd, USA

I agreed to try this new burger and ended up with ...... this. In their defense I only ordered a sandwich and not my typical combo. So, maybe that's why I got this burger in this condition. It was just so flat and not what I'd expect from a new burger. I actually ordered a double but was charged for a single, which I didn't realize until after I parked to eat. I'll just stick to my regular orders from now on and make sure to order a combo.

Waited at least 10 minutes to get only part of our order, then another 15 for the rest of it (which was only a single steak quesadilla). Probably the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. The only reason they have so many recent 5 star reviews is because they're bribing people with cookies.

Place is terrible. Nobody greets us when we walk in or even acknowledge us when we are standing in front of the register until after about 5 minutes. They got a sign asking to leave a good review but they’d have to pay me to leave them anything good. Last time we were here it took 30 minutes after we ordered to get our 3 meals. Never coming to this location again.

From my experience, it is overall a 5 star rating simply because I enjoyed eating here. The place looks pretty clean, the service was fast and the employees were friendly, and although the food doesn't give you an "Oh my god I love this." reaction, it still is very good, if we're talking about fast food. Another important reason why I'm giving 5 stars, is because, c o o k i e.

This location is in my work lunch rotation and it is always a pleasant experience. The employees are always respectful and the service is quick. I have never had an issue with the food or the facilities. It is usually quieter than the other fast food restaurants in the surrounding area, which is nice!

Carl's junior has always been really good about their burgers the food is fresh the customer service is nice what's really neat is they take all of their expired coupons unless there is something that's not on the menu anymore however it is always very clean and it's quick to get in-and-out and ride on the way home I definitely recommend their Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich that's always a hit and pretty healthy I usually get it let us wrap to cut out some carbs and not have so much bread their French fries are always fresh and I always drink water but their soda fountain machine looks very clean as well as their bathrooms never a disappointment
